when the mom form philipines say "show business is easy money " that made me laugh, because in reality that type of career is actually very difficult. but atleast her son seems ok at acting. any filming industry related is actually hard to get in. I myself as an visual effects artist and it took me a long time to land to one of my dream job and I have to be good at it to maintain my reputation as artist just to make a movie magic. so I must say show industry is very hard and demanding lol

yeah if youre okay with being mediocre. Im sorry thats harsh but successful people start young, have supportive and sometimes pushy parents. Bill Gates n Zuckerberg started to learn coding since like 11. Their parents are not too pushy when it comes to academic achievement, but they do make sure their children become an expert in a niche area (computer programming), so yeahhh, parents must be heavily involved

It is so hard to watch unrealistic and sometimes delusional parents ruining their children's lives. The Lokhan family from India had an unfortunate setback so they could be excused or disassociated from this statement.
Parents think that they give life to their children and therefore they own it or they enslave them to further their own selfish dreams.
Let your children grow and let them pursue their own dreams, however humble it may be, support them, if you can.
I certainly have no respect for the other four sets of parents.

Money should be considered primarily to make a living. We expect to buy a house, car at the very least. As we get the job, after graduating from High School or University, workers constantly keen an eye on financing techniques such as investment on stocks, real estate etc... to increase their wealth. If we manage the money wisely, nonwage income exceeds labour income in the long run. In korea, It is already unable to buy a house (apartment) with labour income only in Seoul. But we korean still are obsessed with buying a house. Which came from conventional thinking. That's why average marriage age is getting older and birth late is below 1.0 now. Along with high unemplyment. I think the mindset would be changed to thrive happily.

The problem is with Indian schools
    No matter
in which school u are in urban areas .
Even top schools in that district level can't clear concepts of maths and science properly .
The teachers show reluctnacy in clearing concepts .
That's why since 9th standard , I have been taking maths and science academy each year along with non academic classes too.
That's the only way to score among top students in class .
Mostly your parents don't get enough time for u in high school period to able to help in your studies .
Even tutors have very good tactics to clear your fundamentals at great level .

The young lady from India needs to be sponsored so she can go to a school for advanced pupils. If she stays where she presently studies she’ll get bored and her IQ will be waisted .It is not unusual for children like her age to go from grade 6 to 12 in less than 2 years and bypass 1st and 2nd year university students in math and science simply because they can.

I think the Indian girl's IQ of 145 is not accurate, she clearly is not that great in math, unless she is a genius in other areas.

Environmental stresses can affect that - poverty, little support at home, maybe not enough money to get her thru the day, etc. You don’t get to be a member of MENSA actually if you are not good in math.

I have a question.... can’t parents nowadays just let their children be children? I think throwing the stress of grades at kids might just let them be uninterested in studying. I feel lucky to have parents who don’t really care about my grades, my parents mostly focus on my hobbies and my interest... cuz that know that I won’t study if they force me.

He’s not looking to run a “happy“ family business because if that were the case he would be listening to his children he needs to hire extra help to give his family a break. Don’t think he sees his wife or his daughters as his wife or his daughters he sees them as employees that he needs to work harder to be able to achieve the financial dream that HE wants!
