    This was great! I want to know if you could use the cold wax over this for a sealant instead of the varnish?

    This is awesome! Thanks! I have used the grounds on all kinds of materials, and all the colors you sell, and have been very happy with the results! I used the transparent on a heavy glass candle holder that is a block of glass and painted a scene on it - and on a fabric purse painted a hummingbird

    If I use Transparent Ground on cheap water colour paper, which I have, will I need more than one coat to achieve a reasonable result?

    Michael mentioned that he first painted white on his paper and then followed with the two grounds. What white? Was it watercolor or gouache?

      He called it white house paint. I do not think it matters, just wanted to change the grey to white first.
