I'm not gonna spend too much time on this comment, but the time in the corner of the video goes from 12:57 PM to 12:57 PM, meaning it was done in one minute and sped up by 2x.
You should have spent more time on your comment. Next time you try to be a know-it-all, use your brain if you have one. The video was made by using the history slider (in the top right) and slowly sliding it from left to right.

Eluvyel That is not a low poly model, and I take by photo you mean photo taken from real life and UV mapped onto the Pidgeon. Anyhow, yer right, it isn't about what 3D Paint is aboit which is purely money.

Technically you can. Just move the 3D model(s) little by little, and save it as a picture for each movement. Basically like a digital stopmotion.

The model in the link being rather low poly and mostly just a photo texture aside; Thats not what 3D Paint was meant for to begin with.

Money in a product that comes bundled free with the OS? They just updated the ancient paint client and gave it some basic, modern 3D functionality.
