E = K+W
hv =K¹ + W (1)
If v becomes half
hv/2 = K² +W (2)
Dividing 1 and 2
2 =K¹+W/K²+ W
2K²+2W= K¹+W
K²=K¹-W/2
So kinetic energy will become half of initial.

Sir you have displayed the wrong arrangement of the experiment of photo electric effect. They are not anode and cathode but they are plates name C and A and you have mention +ve charge at anode and -ve at cathode.

Here since K1 is halfed but we add half of work function in it. So , The K.E become more than Half..
