@@petershortland478 Yes, and I believe Kushi said that Luke's bag was still in London. It is disturbing when these gross errors occur for anyone.
you should consider having an extra kit of training gear shipped directly to the hotel via UPS or FEDEX as a back up at this level of competition it would worth it.
I don't see why WSM doesn't charter a private flight for all the athletes coming from Europe (although I'm assuming it's price). I think of how easy it would be though to just have everyone meet at one of the big airports and then everyone flies together straight to the competition city. Sorry to hear your travel didn't go well but hope the rest of the trip is a blast!
Adversity only makes us stronger! 😬 Really hope Luke gets his luggage. Travel can surely be a pain in the arse sometimes. Glad you are all safe. I’m sure Luke will use this as motivation to crush it!

Hi Kushi, Most airlines have provisions for lost luggage. Meaning you can buy everything you need up to a certain amount (i think like 1-2000 USD) and the airline will have to reimburse it, even if they return your luggage. Obviously google is ur friend and dont take my word for it.

Traveling is so stressful. I hate flying because of the stress and fear of things going missing or going wrong. I swear it would be better to have the gear shipped ahead of time and just bring what you need for the travel.
That's awful. I hope they figure out his luggage asap. I'm currently driving 15 hrs to WSM. But I'm so sorry, traveling can be horrible. Hope he can shake it off and kick some ass!

If I had to guess the airline must've been "American"? They are the absolute worse airline we have. I spend far more to fly delta/southwest but never have any issues. Sorry for your bad luck! Best of luck and enjoy now that yall have arrived.

The staff In American airports is a complete joke I've been a lot of times not once has it been good yes some nice airports but the treatment is crap get on like they are military 😂 hope all gets sorted soon sounds like a lot of strongmen had trouble at the airports with bags.
