I no the speakers at the front are full range speakers and people say it needs tweeters, but i think the tweeter are in the centre of the speakers, the stereo sounds clean with base off, i think base is for outdoors or very large rooms, the remote is rubbish but better than nothing, and it should be louder, but it's ok for medium size rooms. If using Bluetooth then use the eq on your phone if that helps with midrange and treble. Me personally don't mind it as long as the base isn't on max.
No idea why some people are comparing a cd player with dab radio with a dedicated Bluetooth speaker like a jbl. If you want a boombox you need more than just Bluetooth, if you want a speaker for Bluetooth only then i would not buy the jvc or the jbl.

Был до етой техники Philips AZ783/12, звук не очень но читал всё сок в 32 гига не запхаеш

Hallo, nein ! An die Klangqualität der ersten Modelle RV DP 100/200 bzw. RV B90/B99/NB1/NB10 kommt der "Neue" nicht heran! Es fehlt der typisch voluminöse basslastige satte Klang ! Es ist kein ordentlicher Boomblaster Nachfolger von JVC.
Купил, пульт плохо видит, акамулятир держит мало, при работе с флешки бывают срывы песен, видит только 999 трэков, до етого был филипс видел всё на флешке ,.Думал ета апарат будет лучше , но нет еденственный плюс звук хорош,

Убогий экран как на калькуляторе и скромный интерфейс - ни эквалайзера ни кнопок с подсветкой , то что светит в динамиках выглядит очень дёшево . Музыку на флешку пытался папками накидать так он и их не видит , голимая дешёвая мыльница читает папки и треки за тысячу... у JVC мля каменный век , и ещё мне не хватает переносной ручки ... да ремень это прикольно но и складная ручка тоже не лишняя была бы .
Dont buy it.....The remote doesnt work like it should. I have had 2 remotes and the problem is to little sending/recieving power in the remote. I want to sell my boomblaster again. The older ones are much better.
@@NikoWax They are up to 60 watt again and a grown man kan hold the boomblastter in the handle again. Last generation was 40 watt and smaller. BUT....the remote sux big time for this boomblaster. I need to press at least 20 times to get an reaktion. That is not ok. I got a new one but it is still the same. DONT BUY IT.

I just received mine (the 200 version without DAB) and I have to say I was disappointed. I got it very cheap at €140 so I can leave with it... The built quality is quite good around the speakers but the buttons feel light and cheap. The LED effects are cheesy... but there us no mode to follow the music! The just run round and round. But the biggest disappointment is the sound which is very muddy. Extremely muddy. Let's start that you have to listen with BASS at 0 (there is also 1 and 2 levels) just to have a half decent balance between bass, mid and highs. I tried all inputs (line, bluetooth, cd) and results were almost identical. Bass 1 adds more mid bass at around 200Hz and bass 2 at around 150Hz. There is no distortion at all but all you listen to at these settings is bass. Mids and Highs are almost nowhere. To listen a bit better you have to position yourself straight in front of the full range speakers. Also I tried pumping up a lot 4Khz to 10Hz in my smartphone's EQ (Galaxy Note 8) which drastically healed the sound. NV is I can't compare it to any other Kaboom because I never had or listened to one.
When I plugged in a 1Mii B06HD Bluetooth receiver in my old JVC Kaboom NB-20 and pressed the 3D button... Gosh! Finally a clear hi-fi like sound. That gives a new life and entirely new experience from this bullet proof machine.

I sent mine back, and am using my old CD version still. The controls and build of the new unit are terrible. And absolute pain in the hoop trying to navigate. The big dial on the front which looks useful does pretty much nothing. The sound is not as good as the old one either. A real disappointment. Boo
Adrian Harley Even though the front woofers are bigger they look cheaper and the plastic bit in the middle is disgusting, that is what you find on little Argos CD players. I’m still rocking the rvnb100 and it looks a better build than the new one. They should have kept the same style. Shame about the new release
Adrian Harley it is a shame i think they should have stopped after the nb100 as that carried on the success of the 50. Real shame but hopefully they can produce a better one if they look at the community

Dont buy it.....The remote doesnt work like it should. I have had 2 remotes and the problem is to little sending/recieving power in the remote. I want to sell my boomblaster again. The older ones are much better.
What is the Maximum level sound? With the last Generation it was 30... And with this new? And do you get extra battery with it? Or you have to buy?
You don't get a battery but there is a slot for a rechargeable one which costs around €50

How about the remote? Mine is simply not powerfull enough in its transmitting. Mine are for sale....CHEAP...
The DP 200 rear is much better sounding.
