Coach Li Baoru! Beijing style Shuai Jiao.

Practise in the Temple of Heaven park with shuai jiao master Li Baoru.
Coach Li Baoru, born in January 1934 and lives in Nancheng, Beijing. From an early age he began to practise martial arts and when he grow up he practise wrestling. He learn from many famous teachers like He Lanting, Liu Zhenshan, Zhao Qin, Zhang Yu, Man Baozhen, Pu Enfu, Xu Junqing, Zhong Banner.
The master that that had the greatest influence on Li Baoru was Man Baozhen who was coach of the Beijing wrestling team in the 1950s.
Li Baoru was head coach of Beijing Shuai Jiao team and Sanda team. He was involved in the development of Sanda and Shuai Jiao in China. He wrote many books about Shuai Jiao and preserve a lot of its history and practise.
He train many famous students. My coach liu Zu Guang was one of them.
He is still practise Shuai Jiao at the age of 86
