- THREE WORDS THAT STRIKE THE VITAL POINT | PART I - LIVE RERUN | Lama Lena will give a series of three teachings and commentary on Garab Dorje’s text.
This particular (LIVE) pointing out session is given for those who could not participate in the earlier session today. It is a rerun of the same teaching, LIVE, and unique though (not a recording).
This is a pointing out instruction occasion, for those who are unfamiliar. Everyone is welcome to attend the Live teaching.
*PLEASE NOTE* Lama Lena strongly advises that you DO NOT access recordings of Lama Lena's Dzogchen teachings if you have not had “Pointing Out Instructions” from a qualified Lama (either in person or via a LIVE stream). If you disregard this warning, you might damage your ability to receive pointing out instructions clearly when the opportunity for the real thing arises. Developing only intellectual understanding is a significant hindrance on the path. Ultimately, what is pointed at is not what your conceptual mind thinks it is.
Lama Lena’s teachings will start at 11 AM PDT with a repeat of Friday's teaching at 6 PM PDT to accommodate time zones on a workday.
Global starting times are (on Friday 14 August, Saturday 15 August, and Sunday 16 August):

Central Europe - 8 PM
India - 11:30 PM
Buenos Aires - 3 PM

@@8DChillPill I don't know how to identify pointong out instructions unless they are spelled out for me, cause that's how dumb I am, but Lama Lena's teachings sure feel like a punch in the gut :)
This is not a pointing out. You have to ask Lama Lena for it during live zoom sessions. And it’s better to start these teachings after the pointing out instructions are received

30,000 years old?
The bon lineage of Dzogchen is said to have been transmitted by the previous Buddha, which appeared 30k years ago. The Indian lineage is newer.
