I remember when I was visiting western mongolian province years ago, my brother and I stumbled upon a similar sized huushuur at an aimag naadam. The cook (a nomad herder) had what we call a 40 liter soviet era milk canister made from thick aluminium. We asked if he could let us do a taste first and pulls out a huge disc shaped huushuur on a plate. We almost went full belly. Needless to say the taste was delicious. Air, water, meat and flour used for it was free of any pollutants so it had to be good.
