Last week I took a fight on 10 HOURS notice... and it ended with a Brutal KO 🥊
Can you guess how it ends? Take a look to watch some solid exchanges AND to get an inside look at what my thought process was taking this short notice fight. Oh yea, I also decided to take this fight AFTER I did a heavy weight lifting session 😂
Also be sure to check out the round-by-round breakdowns I'll be releasing each day this week!

You not only took the fight on extremely short notice, but you KO'd a THAI! Who does that?? You're a beast. You keep this up you're going to be a world champion. Nothing but love over here brother, you're my champion! Watching you just gives me more and more reason to push and get better everyday, you're such an inspiration man. Damn that was a good fight. What I really love about this fight is the fact, that it's most of the time fundamentals. No spinning stuff, cartwheel kick etc. But more of the things, that my coach teaches us since day 1: Jabs, Low-kicks, Uppercut elbow etc.
Is it really at a high lvl like this? Less flashy and more fundamental stuff?
And besides that? What is the music in the backround of the fight? It sounds differently than the I say carefully 'classic' Muay thai music.

Excellent finish! He had no answer for that lead leg kick. Love the southpaw transitioning too. Props on your conditioning, 4 rounds on short notice and you kept up the pressure. Congrats!

    In my utmost humble opinion.
Truly an impressive and commendable portray of skill, as well as your ability to maintain such a formidable mental fortitude, not only in regards to CNS fatigue due to the heavy weightlifting routine you did beforehand, but also keeping in mind that you took the fight on such short notice.
Would also like to mention the fact that your strength and conditioning is very on point and it shows, your opponent may weigh the same, but when considering FFMI your body compositions are incomparable to each other, pair this with the ability to pick and land shots with flawless set up/ follow ups, as well Intent/ heart then one has a practitioner that can claim as well as keep the right to be deemed beyond capable.
    “ Perfect practice makes perfect”
Congratulations on your win Sean, wish the best of blessings to your and yours.
    Sincere regards.
