Hmmm Im 36 now and am nothing like I was when I was 24. This must only apply to people who have chosen not to progress. It wouldn't make sense returning to a state we were at 12 years ago. Every body of mass has gravity so it pulls. What is holding you at the floor?
What is holding the moon to earth?
Why is the moon causing tides? Differences of several meters in the whole ocean.
Jupiter has a massive pull. Its not more mass than the sun but its the second largest source of gravity in the solar system.
So he is very right when saying the sun isn't stationary. Every planet will pull a little but Jupiter pulls more cause it has much more mass than the other planets. In fact it has more mass than all other planets combined so even if all other planets were aligned so their gravity would add it still wouldn't be enough to equal Jupiters pull. The suns center isn't the barycenter. Its off center a little and always the most in Jupiters direction for said reasons.

This is philosophical confabulation.
First of all a simple, little meditation he provided and his speeches have saved my life and changed it massively for the better. I saw changes in myself and started shedding tears of joy simply for feeling the sunlight where I was near crazy and heavily depressed student at university before driven by nothing but logic and science.
I studied math and physics. Knowing more than everyone around me also meant I let nobody explain anything to me and it was easy for me to prove people wrong.
Truth is by proving people wrong you didn't actually prove anything but that your logic is better and you have better memory. Otherwise you didn't prove anything. That in and of itself will destroy you as true wisdom is watching life and thats something Sadhguru, but so many others as well have. Studying science won't help you living life. It won't bring well being. Money won't bring well being.
Only stepping aside brings well being. Being not so full of yourself.
So he is definitely not a confabulator. He is brilliant.
Second you simply try to misunderstand him. Thats all you have going for yourself.
