i have been trying to get through the last season but cant stop thinking about these two, ive cried for the past 2 days and just simply cant stop thinking about them. i know in there time they couldnt have lasted but i wish the series couldve let them stay a little longer :/
I have been so captivated with Victoria since the very first episode. But I must say, the unspeakable love between Alfred and Drummond was some of Victoria’s greatest moments. Why did they end this story before it could be completely told? Can someone please answer me?
Dave Jordan I looked up Drummond and apparently he was actually a real guy who was the secretary to Peel and died because of a gunshot wound around the time that Victoria takes place, so that could be why. But still, they've already taken creative liberties so they could've let him live :(
I knew it was bad news the second they compared them to Achilles and Patroclus.. (I just read The Song of Achilles a few weeks ago and my heart is still shattered) (THIS ISN'T HELPING)
I rewatched the entire series with more of a gay mindset than my first time round (as I kind of no Homo’d them at first) but god do I ship it now, and also the Iliad reference that was spicy
I started to watch the show because of these two. I was like little girl, who rejoices in the gifts everytime they had scene together. And after that scene in Scotland, I had to turn off the computer a I started to tremble for joy. And in 2x08 my hearth broke into milion pieces. It’s been now 1 month and I’m Still not over it. I just can’t completed watching the show to the end. I’m stuck. Maybe I’ll finish it in some day in future but just not next moth. I’m SO hearthbroken

@@yukiasiandream7483 yeah he does collapses but he doesn't die I think he was just ill. IRL Albert did die quite young but there will me more series but just not yet!
