I'd recommend when you are wearing the half face respirator, put a surgical mask over the valve so that you can make sure you're not gonna pass anything to the patient, because the air you breathe out is unfiltered! Good vlog!
That’s a heart emergency. Even tho I’ve been trained I don’t kno how I would feel in real life if I was treating a med emergency. I’ll definitely try my hardest to keep them alive and get them as well as possible even tho they won’t be well.
Correct, also known as a cardiac arrest. It can be a scary scenario to be faced with but once put in that situation all the training you've had will come back to you. It's also important to make sure you call for help!
Good question! I feel that they are stressful in different ways, but at the moment I would say that being a dental student was definetly more stressful than working life.
