- Hello, flight lovers!
Today we are presenting Austrian Airlines with its Economy Class on board of Embraer 195! This company provides relatively cheap flights in Europe, but minimum comfort. It has very qualified cabin crews, but so uncomfortable seats.
Company doesn't provide a meal, just a small snack, as many European airlines, which is great for such short flights, as it decrease the price of the ticket. FAs are very friendly and helpful, moreover, they have a cool uniform, which consist of all the red clothes items.
Despite we travelled in Economy Class, being Gold members of Star Alliance, we we offered a Business Lounge "ASPIRE" in Sofia Airport, which we have already visited several times and have it in one of our reviews, which is called Bulgaria Air Business that you can watch as well, as it was also on board of Embraer. The lounge is good, as it is always empty and provides some snacks and wide variety of drinks.

The flight looks really nice. I quite like their inflight services, and I think it's really close to 5-star quality.
Love the Embraer which sadly has just about gone from Australian skies! So glad you made your next connection!!
I flew with them from AMS to ODS, with a stopover in VIE.
We pre ordered 2 meals 15 euro each. The seats don, t bother me at all, ticket prices are cheap compared to other airlines.
The crew looked great in their red outfits and they are polite, professional and friendly.
I am very satisfied with austrian airlines.
Also I had very good experience with their customer service, due the Corona virus i had to reschedule my flight, I did this on a Sunday, but everything worked out smoothly and with a smile.
I recommend this airline, the price and the all over experience
is well worth it 👍
