I applied in Fanshawe, Sheridan, humber and Georgian and i got Offer letter from all colleges and even Sheridan college is just 5 km away from my brother's house but i chose Fanshawe college cuz it has 8 mnths of co-op

If the weekly classes is 4_5 days then this is ridiculous.

1. It's a University
2. Small rural province, high chances of PR
3. Winnipeg is much cheaper than any city of Ontario

I won't say ample of time but yeah you will get time for sure and in one week you can have classes 3to4 day depends on the course also.

so first thing first you don't need any skills tbh college will teach you from the basic no need to worry about that and London have lots of cafes and bars so no need to worry about although everything is closed for now because of covid.
