We took this video to show you how to remove and replace the Front Door Panel on Fiat 500 2dr. It might be very close procedure for the Fiat 500L as well. If you have one please let us know.
It is simple procedure that should not take you more than 5 minutes once you see the video and you know what to expect.
You will need 5mm allen wrench / hex key. Also you will need a flat head screwdriver and phillips screwdriver.
This procedure should work on Fiat 500 with power windows:

Roberto, it simply pulls right off. You can remove the short piece of trim moulding first by pulling it straight up and then just pull the triangle off. There are 2 or 3 (can't remember) white plastic push clips that hold it on.

In my 500c are no screws on the side of the door panel , and by just removing the 3 ones on the front , it won;t come off .
