Thank you for the Lesson on the 10 note tuning! I will try to apply it to my little harp and forget about the repeated octave...it will be more eastern that way. The concept of the octave seems to be more of a western concept.

I’m playing along and holding my own with a Joel Sweeney replica pre-Civil War fretless hide simulated gut banjo. It has a similar plucking sound and Mr. Hartel (the maker) put a higher bridge on mine for my semi-tropical weather in St. Thomas Virgin Islands. Depending on the scarcity of wood, couldn’t the hide drum on the plucked instrument have been part of our ancient music tradition? I love how easily you tuned the harp. No tuner. The harp lesson was very, very enlightening. My next instrument is a small harp❤️💫😄 Subscribed!
