Taurus moon here and Gemini Sun. I love nice things, good food and prioritizes work and stability. I prefer routine, peace and tranquility. I love nature too and growing things. My aim is to be comfortable in all aspect of my life. For a Gemini Sun I have a pretty predictable nature I think the Taurus helps me with it.
I have my Moon in Taurus ♉ in it's home in the 2nd house. I will say this, I am the most stable out of my whole family. Everyone comes to me when they are in shambles whether it's emotionally or financially. But I'm not here to solve everyone's problems but I wouldn't mind helping.
ahhh i enjoyed this video so much!!!! my moon is in taurus and i definitely related heavily to all of this! including the lesser parts about how we can get very stuck in a situation, that when a bad bug enters our garden it's hard to get it out (i loved that analogy!!) and because of this i partially feel like i ended up seeing this video at the exact right time, when i really needed the reminder 💗💗💗 it also made me think of a little motto i came up with for myself a while ago, that "appreciating the little things" is actually impossible, because in my opinion, as soon as something has your appreciation, it can never be little :) when anything becomes valuable to you that automatically makes it a grand thing!!!! after watching this i think in hindsight that saying really underlines what my taurus moon (&sun&venus) is all about hahaha :D thank you for all your hard work on these videos nina!! they're super educational, and the ones that discuss placements i have always make me feel very seen :] like how you also mentioned taurus to be a very nurturing and gentle sign, i've found most people when speaking of taurean placements tend to exclusively hone in on the "materialistic + physical + stable" aspects of the sign, to the point we start to sound a bit stale... of course those traits are also very fundamental parts of the archetype, and i'm not trying to speak negatively of how anyone wishes to relay their astrological wisdom, just that i heavily appreciate you acknowledged the softer & warmer characteristics of our sign as well!!
As a taurus moon in the 10th house I'm always willing to connect through emotional intimacy with someone but only if I see them that way. If I don't feel an emotional connection with a person, no I will not let them invade my peace. It's not because I lack the ability. This guy who I friendzoned twice is a cancer sun Sagittarius moon and he keeps saying he'll move on but so far he hasn't. I have never saw him as more than a friend. Honestly, not even that far. More of an acquaintance that I was friendly to. I fear he's already become attached and clingy and I'm no where near a clingy person. I can feel fulfilled by myself.
The only thing I think is a misconception is that we are just “content” with the simple things. We strive for greatness and stick to that stubbornly or even relentlessly especially our passions.
This is giving me so much clarity. I mean, I knew what you said to be true about setting clear boundaries to protect their peace but now I see why! thank you
Moon in Taurus here, in the 8th house though, with mars in the same house, and the south node. It’s complicated. I am emotionally strong and also very psychic especially within my physical surroundings. I can sense things through physical items. Because of how easily i sense things from things, places, and people, I have to set boundaries with what I feel like doing, who I feel like being around, to protect my peace at any given time. (It is trine neptune in my chart and trine uranus in my chart.) I totally relate to what you’ve described though. I was taught to appreciate the simple but beautiful pleasures as a child. My own mother has a Taurus moon too
This is my favorite video about Taurus moon! I relate to so much of this, especially the challenges (which people don’t tend to talk about for this one). I have my Taurus moon in the 9th, which is interesting because like the rest of my chart it’s very inconjuncty. I feel like my life is a want song in a musical sometimes. However, one thing I really try to honor is my need to go at my own pace. Even if I want “more” I also can be pretty content where I am. I’ve had friends who get frustrated at that in the last. 😂 and I’m always like 🤷🏻♂️ My sister has her Sag moon in the 2nd, and I can see variations of these traits in her as well.
I'm Taurus moon in the 5th house. Maybe I need to accept the fact that my money will come through me being child-like in essence & just creating. I love making music & songwriting. And I am a hopeless romantic 🍷💖🌹
It’s wonderful Taurus moon is so serene and stable in their emotions… appreciating simple things in life like food or material gifts. But my friend who has this placement completely misses the quote “live in another persons shoes” because as you said, they lack perspective like Sag moon. As a Sag moon, I love sharing food and adventures with loved ones including my moon in Taurus friend. He also shared the same drinking straw with me and food (which I’m sure they wouldn’t share with just anybody). I would love it if Taurus moon was more expressive about their feelings. I had to read between the lines or depend on gifts (which I don’t care as much about since my love language is physical touch). I don’t know. You’re right that they tend to be less dependent on others. They definitely aren’t the type where you can sit down and have a convo with them about deep feelings because they prefer those things to be private or subtle. I can see how they’d get annoyed with me for sharing personal things about my life because they already have a lot to deal with in their own head space.
Every taurus moon is different… but one thing is for sure if Taurus moons let out their expressions on their face ppl would be offended 😂 we are expressive but we hold back for good reason if the bull is released we see red and not many can handle that especially because we go on forever until we are exhausted. So we keep ourselves under control but we let it out around ppl we trust
Ima Libra with Taurus moon & I had to grow into my love dovey expressiveness. I did it a lot through writing more than verbalizing it. I have it in the 5th house. But definitely with people we trust we listen to their emotions & I actually crave to know! I let people pour onto me their emotional turmoil. It's a lot but I know I'm a healer & I take pride in being able to help people ♡
@@MiillieMesh that’s so cool. I’m a cancer sun sign so of course I’m very understanding and in tune with emotions of people around me. I like Taurus moon because my friend showed me another perspective of life. I guess my past kinda affected my outlook on things like affection and communication. Never really had a relationship with my parents but I learned that his writing and gifts were subtle hints that he felt the same appreciation for our friendship. Also he’s a Virgo-Libra cusp and I noticed he keeps little details and mementos. For example, around Christmas he remembered that I wanted to try energy drinks for the first time. Something so small in my mind, but he remembered that small detail about me. And the gifts always have meaning and thoughtfulness. There were times my Taurus moon friend would tell me he doesn’t love easily. But I appreciate him for who he is as a person and the gifts he brings into my life. And I think that’s important. And yes I know the topic of expressing emotions outwardly and love can be a lot sometimes. Even I have to go into a more reserved state with my partner if I’m having a stressful time. But life is about balance and overcoming your challenges.
I have a friend with this placement who is about to enter a Pluto square moon transit. Though the moon is exalted in Taurus, I’m wondering if the changes that Pluto will bring will be harder for her because of the tendency to try to hold on. Any opinions welcome.
This is actually my natal placement. It's a very difficult aspect. All I will say for your "friend" is prepare to have your stability shaken up. Pluto is the planet of death, transformation and destruction.
According to western astrology my moonsign is gemini and according to vedic astrology it is in taurus. Can someone please clarify which one is more accurate to follow?
I was told it's based on wherever you were born. Like if you were born in America then Western atsrolog would be more accurate whereas the others can be quite contradictory. You come to the realization that you are a star yourself born out of a house (12 houses) traveling through different positions (seasons).
I felt as a Taurus moon man, I relate the most to that of a dog. Your dog requires very little to be satisfied and is always a present being, along with many other animals, but like the bull, don’t fuck with the “garden of Eden” or else…lol good vid!
Does your channel only go for tropical or can you do reading for galactic astrology / true Sidereal astrology I wanna gift my hubby a reading but wanted to ask first I get a very practical earthy vibe for you so I feel like sharing your videos could be nice on practical sense. I’m getting my certification in cosmology I’m studying the actual planets and stars natural cycles of gaia it’s been mind opening since I’ve shifted system years ago.
Can't wait for a video on Capricorn moon (do we have to go in the order? 🥺, I suppose it will take another 8 months or so then)..I loved your ascendant video series by the way! Thank you 🌻💛
No Tea but I guess I’m a little confused. How could a Taurus moon the the third house possibly be something less than favorable? The moon finds her joy in the third house. A Taurus Moon in the third house is pretty much the most ideal moon placement imaginable. She’s in her preferred sign AND house, so I guess im just confused by your comment about the third house being an unfavorable placement for the moon.
Forgive me, I don’t totally remember what I said along these lines but I definitely didn’t mean to imply that a Taurus moon in the third house is unfavorable. What I was speaking to was that having the Taurus moon in a social house like 3, 7, and 11 adds a different interpretation that may take away from Taurus’s self sustaining nature. In the case of the 7th and 11th house it may in fact be a more unnatural placement for a Taurus moon in particular because Taurus inconjuncts Libra (7th house ruler) and squares Aquarius (11th house ruler). But what I intended to express was that different influences on a Taurus moon will affect the overall manifestation, not that Taurus moon is in any way unfavorable. I would hope that I strayed away from that kind of language because I don’t believe it and wouldn’t want to perpetuate that.
Absolutely love my Taurus Moon placement, people really can’t get to me, I am so loved with this inner reliability I possess 💕

Taurus moon in the first. Stable but also super sensitive sometimes.

This is an absolutely amazing read. Wow.
I have sun and moon in taurus 8th. My mom was not good to me but my grandmother was an angel

“Stop and smell the roses” …. I am a Taurus moon and I love to smell the roses in my garden or wherever I see roses 😂😊
Thank you for this, I'm loving this series!
