To be honest with you, I had been to my own driver instructor and taught me how to do the parallel for how manny times. And her style does not work for me and I was fail on my first road test. When I watched this video, it helps me alot how to do the 45 degree angel through parallel parking! Your great sir, thanks alot!
Hi, I am from Belgium and would like to thank you. I have been watching your videos and l had my driving test yesterday. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Bit far from curb. I wait till the front of the rear door handle intercepts with the curb and then turn wheel to left. This way it’s not too far from curb
I have a problem with my neck which makes it difficult for me to turn and look behind. What do I do? Is there some other way to tell that I have backed up just enough (before turning the wheel to the right)?
@@RevolutionDrivingSchool I used it and it worked! I still failed because merging is scary for me. Until I can master it, I’ll always fail. Thank you for this video though! Made it so easy!
1-When you lined up the tail light of the other car in the middle of your back door, turn the wheel all the way right and back up 2- When you see the tail light at the beginning of the front door( you will see a 45degree angle in mirror, turn the wheel back to straight and back up 3- when the 45 degree angle becomes very tiny, turn the wheel all the way left. . After 3 steps are done, all you need to do is get closer to the car in front.
@@RevolutionDrivingSchool step 2 when you see tail light at beginning of front door of the front passenger seat door??? like right in the middle or where??? or where the door opens up??? which is the middle of our car??? I'm not understand step 2 here??? Please can you explain it more clear. Thanks you so much!
@@RevolutionDrivingSchool when you say turn the wheel all the way to the right is also equal to how many rotations in most cars steering wheel before it don't turn anymore??? is it anywhere from 2.5 to 2 and a quarter turns??
@@MissHitAllTheTime When the taillight is at the beginning of the front door then turn the wheel( step 2). If you go to the middle of the door some cases it might not work well.
im not sure if i'm still doing it right for step 2 but when i keep backing in until triangle get's smaller i am like using more than 1.5 car length or more like 2 length of car space before i start to turn the wheel all the way to the left...will they allow us to use like 2 car space just to park our car using this method??? or will they deduct points??? even though they will give us enough space to parallel park...
This technique will work any kind of space. It’s a matter of getting used to the judgement when to turn. All you need to do is play with the angle or start the 1st turn a bit earlier, it really depends on the space however on the road test they mostly will give a big spot.
Would be good if you can indicate how many times to turn the wheel and keep the camera on her hands without moving the camera. Maybe figure out a way to edit the movement of the car in a screen within a screen.
Hey in other videos you said the front window of the other car is suppose to be in the middle and in this video you said at the beginning of the front door which one should I do?
Excellent video but not everyone know how to turn their wheel straight. So i think you should let us know how to get the wheel straight. So instead of saying turn the wheel straight, you could say turn the wheel 1 1/2 turn or 2 turn so we could understand better. Thank you so much. I have my road test on Tuesday and this is the technique I'm going to use for my parallel parking. Seems very easy with your video 👍
Thank you Brenda for your suggestion. It will be definitely helpful to tell how much turn it is. But to turn back to straight we can not know exactly how much turn because every car has a different amount of turn. Some could be one turn and while some has almost 2 turn as it depends on the vehicle however it’s a good idea to learn your car how much the wheel goes to turn back. Thank you for helpful suggestion and good luck with your test🍀
She is very confident. That is what a lot of people lack in a road test.
Thank you for highlighting the "triangle" everyone was telling me and I just couldn't see it! NOW THAT I SEE IT I GOT IT! THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!!
Thank you

Could you demo how to parallel park in between 2 cars, with just enough space for your car?
Yes sure. We will do that next week.

How far to the curb can you be ?
You should be within 12 inches
He's right. Road test book says at least 10-12 inches. Gives you enough space to turn your wheels, otherwise you risk damaging them

Yes it does. Every vehicle has an end. We take the end of the vehicle as a guide.

Why do I park like when my car only have one door it’s a sport car n one window
The idea is to get a 45 degree angle in your mirror. If your car has a back window you can use it as a guide.
After watching this video i practiced a day before my exam. Everything went well but then I couldn’t do it on the day of the exam . So i failed 😞
