the second you're alone with your thoughts the anxiety creeps in you just gotta GO GO GO PEDAL TO THE MEDAL NEXT PERSON NEXT PERSON GET GREETED GET GREETED GET GREETED
Clara, honestly, these are some great conversations to have - as funny as they are, they are stories of how you have both grown and dealt with different issues, and they're very relatable to much of your audiences. You're right: pushing past the anxiety bit by bit, instead of dwelling on it, is important for our personal growth. Being able to finally say "I did the thing!" is so amazing, even if it does take a lot of energy to do it, because it is proof of overcoming fears and doubts. Also, Clara, thank you for being such a prolific commenter. That takes a lot of effort and I really enjoy your enthusiasm! 💙⚡
I get being anxious but it's not like it's an interrogation. Uknow it's mostly gonna go like this: greetings, a compliment, maybe a question, and then a goodbye with a thanks for all the support.
Poor airi, I heard at one of the cons sakana had to pause the meet in order to talk to her and calm her down, but I had no idea this was offkai, and she had to go through a 7 hour one too (presumable on discord) (edit: I can't hear what airi is saying at 3:13)
As a big introvert, I'm forever glad my first job was a secretary, no motivator like cash. Tho as a result, talking to strangers in "work mode" is easier than genuinely talking to new acquaintances lol.
Poor Airi, but I, for once, agree with Clara, the more time you add in between each MnG to take a breather, the more your anxiety will shoot through the roof. It's kind of like taking a test, a poor strategy is to get hung up on one question and it's best to skip to the next one and keep the momentum going.
to all the young people out there who got social anxiety aswell.i can speak from experience. you need to face it and it gets better. other way around is true aswell. if you dont face it it gets worse and worse. when it starts you find any excuse in the book why staying home is better. but i let the anxiety control my life for over 10 years and im still fighting against the things i developed over that time. i still cant go outside alone without having full on panic attacks. i need a caretaker to go buy groceries. and what sux the most is i didnt experience anything at the age from 20s to 30s. that doesnt mean staying at home is bad. i dont mind being alone. but everyone who argues he loves being alone. thats cope. and i was there too. you feel it when you actually socialise for once like the girls did at offkai. when you are alone again after it you miss the feeling. at least thats how i feel when im meeting with my friends. so as a TL:DR: being anxious isnt always bad. but it can be. dont let your anxiety control your life 🙂
Seconded. I scored 99th percentile introvert on a personality test administered by psychology docs. As in they have a PhD in psychology. The highest possible result. That means I am in the top 1% of introverts worldwide. And I've learned the hard way that even I need friends. Trying to go it alone has stunted so much of my life. Don't make the same mistake.

That's quite a statement there, Clara.
"Zoomer hag bouncing around."
Yeah, I can see that now.
very cool, thanks clara

Real.
"Conversations are hard!"
‐girl who talks for 3 hours without ever getting to the topic of stream
irl and stream situation differs i guess
@@chocochip8
That was hardly irl
@@captainpositivenegro2854 fair enough
talking to stranger is harder than talking with someone you know for an introvert
She was so sweet during that first meet n greet though. Definitely a cherished memory for many Airiheads
Wish I could've been there UUUUUUUUU
Ahhhhh Airi first M&G. I remember she drank 9 sojus bottle just to help cope her anxiety, but only ended up made it worse. Ah the memory
Poor Airi.
But man, this clip sums up why I like both Airi & Clara.
I get being anxious but it's not like it's an interrogation. Uknow it's mostly gonna go like this: greetings, a compliment, maybe a question, and then a goodbye with a thanks for all the support.
Watch streams.
Anxiety is rarely logical.
It doesn't tend to be obvious when you're anxious. The anxiety goes away once that realization hits, but it doesn't really hit right away.
ok.. she is like me... AND I'M TALKING ABOUT CLARA ..
This actually got me to like Airi even more. This poor Pon Wolf.

@@FirelineClipsoh god this sakana, I don't think this would have helped her
This is why I’m not a fan of meet and greets… I’m not tryna make my oshis fleshpilot feel bad bro

oh wow, I didnt know there was a word for that sadness you get after parties. "Post party depression" huh.
