🔴 UPDATE 🔴 A UA-cam bot denied my appeal. Apparently, they were offended that I spoke poorly of a child murderer. I will only be able to comment on UA-cam for the next seven days. No uploads or posts of any kind. I apologize to all of you who I have let down during this process. I actually take pride in my channel and I am very upset that this happened.
    ----------
📌 NOTICE 📌 I shared this video on UA-cam last night with the comment “This is what a piece of -- looks like”, but instead of the blanks I put the first letter of the word. Since then, UA-cam has given me a strike and put me in jail for seven days where I cannot upload a video or anything. All I can do is make comments. So that my channel does not wither away during that seven days, please like and share my videos so that I still get activity! I have appealed the decision, but I have little confidence in the process. 🙏🏻🇺🇸

Do you even understand how the legal system works???
A Prosecutor has to present the case to a Grand Jury...which decides whether or not to indict...
If they do, then a warrant is issued & the subject is arrested & appears before a Judge who determines if bail will be granted...then there's a TRIAL...
and if the subject is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt THEN they go to prison..

@@jeffanon1772 you're nit-picking, tho. Also, it's been, what, 3 weeks plus since this incident? It should not take 3 weeks for our justice system to, at the very least, get the ball rolling. It really shouldn't take more than 3 weeks for a judge to look at the body cam footage, call for a grand jury, indict, try and convict a felon like this cop is. Lawyers and a squishy-hearted/minded population makes these things drag out for months/years at the cost of millions to you and me, the taxpayers. You should be pissed off this hasn't happened more quickly, but apparently, you're someone who likes being bent over the taxation barrel. I personally don't like having my hard-earned income stolen from me only to have it spent on stupidity and legalities (but I'm splitting hairs). This is a cut and dried case. & you're displaying your lack of knowledge about how things work...a Judge does NOT call for a Grand Jury...the Prosecutor does.
& why do we take time & not rush things???
Because we're dealing with people's LIVES & any moral ethical person wants to get it right no matter how long it takes...
It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer. as expressed by the English jurist William Blackstone..but I doubt that you understand that

    • @ThisManTriggeredMe

They gave them the wrong apartment. They thought it was coming from his apartment, it was coming from the apartment adjacent to his. The cop was given bad information, and made a bad decision based on bad information. Had that actually been the address where there was domestic violence, a man answering a door with a firearm most certainly is a threat. The problem lies with the bystanders giving them the wrong apartment number.

And are not well informed at all about all the details of what happened, and especially about the facts that have come to light that led up to this deputy’s justifiable firing. That former deputy was so wrong. He should never be a cop ever again anywhere and should be in jail. I’m not sure what they should charge this deputy with that will succeed because I’m not a lawyer. But that deputy should face at least some jail time, which will keep him away from guns for some time, and will never allow him to be a LEO ever again.
