    FYI - Anyone updating firmware: You have to slow the bpm of the midi file way way way down.

    Thanks for sharing. I use my boomerang loopers every day, but never tried syncing. How does koala work with your workflow? If you are playing guitar with both hands, how do you start your loop on the tablet? Thanks

      Hi PJ, thanks for checking out the video. That was the next step, which I haven't got to yet unfortunately and there's reasons for that which I'll get to. The iPad sits in an iTrackDock which has a USB port to connect a midi controller - I tested controlling Koala with an M-Audio keyboard and was successful, but don't have a USB floorboard controller to test with. The reason I haven't continued with this setup is because when I reached out to the app author to share this video, he mentioned that midi sync was unreliable via Bluethooth and could never quite get it working properly. The more I played with it the more I found his words to be true.
