😒The HOST IS OVERLY AGGRESSIVE AND GIVES OFF "MASCULINE" STRONG ENERGY which is a HUGE turn off! She's the typical "loudmouth-SISTAH" that is over the top!
She needs to take notes from Arlette Amuli, the Queen of POP the Balloon because Arlette is NOT THIS LOUD AND OVER THE TOP! I get that she's celebrating church, but her energy is somewhat ANNOYING AND BOISTEROUS.

I have been watching your/the secular show ( Pop the balloon- with the commentary of @ExavierTv. ) This man and the show really had me laughing, because its hard in these single streets . #2 me, included... have to understand why you are single, what may be a turn off to men, and vice versa. anyway God is so good. keep going 2 thumbs up👍🏿👍🏿

I want to love this so bad as a believer but these are the things that make it hard to watch. (1) The host is too over the top. It comes off really obnoxious. She shouldn’t be asking all the questions. Let the participants ask questions. The singing over the guests feels rude. Again, we want to know the contestants. (2) let the guests ask deeper questions. Not your favorite gospel song, artist or what type of praiser you are😩.It feels like we don’t even get to know these people. (3)There needs to be better angles of the contestants. The host is always blocking someone. (4) You should ask everyone the same question when you go down the line! (5) It feels like people are forced to walk to the front before you ask them if they want to match. Just become a woman is the last one left, it doesn’t necessarily mean she wants to match with the guy…These are my suggestions with love!!🫶🏽

Nope: you about to lengthen this show and ppl are going to be repeating the same thing.
Respectfully, the show is okay but needs to do better.
1. The host must either stop what she does when hosting or change out the host altogether. She’s acts up so much where you lose focus on the people who are there to meet people. I see the host wants to remain the center of attention. She asks each women different questions and is literally all over the place. I feel you the host need to seriously focus, relax with the extra talking/playing around and have a written out clear format and STICK TO IT. Use Pop The Balloon Arlette Amuli for tips.
2. You guys need mics for the contestants. The host causes the people to speak outside of the mic.
3. Stop with the random background noice. You had to have watched this back and noticed all the background noice. I feel like you guys record just anything and post without addressing the obvious issues right in front of you. The show is somewhat cringey. Tip/idea: Have two or three people watch the episode and critique it to ensure when the episode goes live, you’ve worked out all the kinks.
I appreciate what you guys are doing, but you need to ensure you pay attention to the details and be intentional with making sure your show is top notch quality, respectfully.

The camera positions are not in the right angels when interviewing the contestants. The viewers needs to have a full view on everyone in the frame.
The host should talk less because the bachelor, bachelorette and viewers wants to learn more about the contestants.

-what do you expect your family structure to look like? (especially for the women looking to have children or etc)
-how active do you expect to be in the church if we were a couple?

If she do want to ask about gospel music she can ask something like what gospel song has helped you through a tough time?/ are you old school gospel or new school gospel?/ who would you like to see do a gospel duo? ❤ hope this helps

I have to be honest….i enjoy the host. From a church dating show, you would assume it to be more serious compared to other segments of this dating show but she brings the entertainment. Not sure what questions everyone can ask but i think it will improve as the show continues. She keeps the show entertaining and gives you humor.

I think they should have everybody seated in a bar height chair and the contestant sits w the host .
I FIRST want to start off by saying, I actually was hoping for a Christian/church version. So this alone is refreshing. Some of the comments were repeated over and over so it’s no need for me to point out the camera, I’m sure it’s understood by now lol. Far as her personality, I mean, people either going to love it or not. I say continue to be your authentic self. No need to mimic someone else’s entire style. It’s a reason no one has the same fingerprint. We are all unique. I’m more of an encourager so don’t mind me. I would like to touch on the questions…. I read in the comments how some of the irrelevant questions were “ice breakers” and now that it was worded like that, I get it. I do want to see the channel grow. Maybe not too much playing with the Lord however it is ok to have fun. I didn’t see or hear anything offensive, I just hope it doesn’t get carried away. That’s was maybe my only fear of this show.

Well! I LOVE THE HOST! I Have no idea who she is but her energy is contagious and she breaks the ice very well. In this kind of setting people get nervous and she does a great job at ironing out the nerves. I live for the impromptu singing and the jokes 😂
I can see this is the same show from 2 weeks ago (just a different line up), so it makes sense as to why she’s asking the same questions😊

Yea. I preferred episode 1 ladies. They put more effort into their outfits. As much as some Christians don't want to admit it, attraction matters, including physical fitness and style. Dress how you would on a date. It's a dating show. Sis really came on in an oversized black t-shirt. We got to do better.

@@amaragrace94i’m not sure why christians think being attractive is a problem, there’s multiple times in the bible where it talks about how attractive a man or woman was, infact Sarah was so gorgeous and had that coke bottle shape Abraham was scared they would kill him for her, same with issac and Rebekah, and so many time the word talks about how beautiful and majestic the lord is
One thing I can't stand on this show is that they never ask what their relationship is like with Jesus. And who Jesus is in their life. These are superior questions that every Christian should be asking. Imma just say honestly I don't even believe in Christians awaking love before it's time and trying to make "matches" we shouldn't be picking ppl based on "who's available". But i decided to watch this just to see how well Christians are at answering and asking the right questions when potentially meeting someone. Maybe they could ask the right questions if the host allows them to. And some of the men and women aren't confident, they have to ask better questions.
I love the host…, this is the type of carrying on that I love….its giving comedy, so I wouldn’t take it too too serious… very entertaining….
I’m not a church person, but the questions should be more centered around what motivates the people spiritually or their character vs who is your favorite gospel artist. I like Kirk Franklin, I like the Clarke sisters is so basic and lacks substance.

can the next episodes be people who weren’t “saved all their lives?” crucify me y’all but saying you were saved “your whole life” is really unrealistic and it just gives lukewarm. there is people who were saved at a young age yes i don’t disregard that but there’s a time in all of our walks where there was a point we knew for real that we took God seriously, it wasn’t when we were 3. talk truth and shame the devil.

@@BellaFelicia there’s a fine line between constructive criticism and being critical. All I’ve seen was constructive criticism. Pop the balloon has been out for a while, but the only reason why Arlette’s version made it so popular is because of the production. This is the first time I’m seeing a gospel version of pop the balloon, and instead of losing viewers because of the production that we are seeing, we’re giving constructive criticism to help the production in order to get more views
@AliciaKindleReads its just the 2nd episode, you have to start from somewhere, they may not have the funds yet. That equipment is very expensive. I'm sure they will take suggestions under consideration because they want the viewers. It's just the way some people are sooo critical I find to be unnecessary. That's all. Everything isn't for everyone.
I hope that the episodes to come takes the comments to heart and implement them into production. If we are going to put out something representing the church, lets do better. The visual output is not it, the angle of the camera, the setting. LEt's sit together and regroup.

1. First the questions need to be better, its ok to pre-prepare questions
simple “Tell us your name, age and little about yourself”
2. Host needs to let the guess lead with their comments and save yours to the end of the show even your compliments
3. These are christians dating - does not mean every question have to be about church, praise, worship
**“what kind of praiser are you” what kind of relationship question is that..
4. Camera angle ! change the angle vertical to guest so the host is not standing in front of participants
It was so good to see that its a Christian version of this show❤ I think the host should absolutely let the guys and the contestants ask questions on their own to get to know the ladies and vice versa. She does seem to stand out a little bit much I’m sure she is just trying to make it fun and engaging. The least prerequisite should be that they all have a relationship with God for themselves. I know this show can only get better from here and I’m hopeful and excited for it! 💕😊

We also need a better camera person. The angels are, the editing, the centering, etc. Its very distracting. The first guy is suspect. We need a better screening process. The cowboy and the pin stripped suit was my two favorite guys. Congrats to the one match that came out of this episode. We need better variety of questions for those who are nervous and can't think of anything. The host is distracting. She's constantly inserting her thoughts and praise. She's beautiful and sweet. I just want her to stay focused on controlling the flow of the show. I will continue to support because I like the concept of faith based singles finding love. I'd like to see the show grow, improve, and stay successful. May God Bless it so that more people can find love infused with God's holy spirit. Amen.

Also, make sure you’re speaking in the mic…we still want to hear what the host is saying if she’s gonna talk while someone is talking
She should ask the guest first, if they match, instead of potentially embarrassing one of the contestants standing in line, before she pulls them up to the front
This host requires a new ministry other than hosting this show. Perhaps this energy she has is better served in youth ministry or something like that. Maybe Sunday school assisting. Who knows?

I think with anything there will be trial & error. Granted this isn't going to mimic the Arlette lady and will come with its own spin. The host is great & has to carry the weight and flow of things. Keep in mind the guest dont know what to expect. I'm sure everyone was nervous. The host had to keep breaking the ice.

You couldn’t possibly know so much about her over an episode that lasted less than an hour. She’s very much real, beautiful and has such an amazing personality. She’s genuine, loving kind and overall a strong black woman. God specifically put Matthew 7:1-6 in the Bible for people just like you. Be obedient to your father’s word please. Provide feedback but don’t attack someone in the process. Jesus loves you..We look forward to seeing fruits of the spirit in your comments.

I like that we have a Christian version of pop the ballon dating show. My advice is about the camera angles, some times we cannot see the faces of persons who are talking. Fix the camera angles. I'm not saying to copy the secular version but the camera angles is better if we see all three person faces that are interacting or talking. I disagree with another person comment that the host is over the top, I think she makes the show more interesting and lightens the mood with ice breakers.

It’s a great idea and this show can be a lot better.
The angles are such that we can’t see the reaction of the contestant as he is talking to the ladies.
As far as the host, I actually like her personality. Don’t expect her to be Ms. Amuli. They are very different. And that’s the beauty of it.

Suit guy was my fav. When he said "He heard my cry" in response to does he know the Lord. I could relate. Quality time and physical touch and how that was rooted in his relationship with his mom. Even asking about love languages, relationship strengths, texting vs talking. "That's a good man Savannah." He was giving "husband." And my favorite lady (appearance and substance) matched with him. I hope they work out.

Let’s keep it a buck. This is a dope show, the host is dope, funny and beautiful. Church doesn’t have to be churchy. We’re all humans at the end of the day and asking questions like how long have you been saved and who’s your favorite gospel artist are cringy because everyone who’s saved ain’t righteous and everyone who listens to praise music ain’t holy. The contestants are asking all the right questions,the host with the favorite gospel songs and how long have you been saved questions are a tad bit too much to keep asking over and over and over again! Other than that, I love the show
It seems the host/producers did not read comments from the 1st episode and take some suggestions and advice on board. Seeing the same mistakes made in the previous episode. Bad Camera Angles, poor sound sometimes and a little bit all over the place.

The HOST IS OVERLY AGGRESSIVE AND GIVES OFF "MASCULINE" STRONG ENERGY which is a HUGE turn off! She's the typical "loudmouth-SISTAH" that is over the top!
She needs to take notes from Arlette Amuli, the Queen of POP the Balloon because Arlette is NOT THIS LOUD AND OVER THE TOP! I get that she's celebrating church, but her energy is somewhat ANNOYING AND BOISTEROUS.
I appreciate that the creators of this particular PTB🎈show are trying to bring people together. However, the questions from the host are very surface level questions. The name “churchy” is very fitting. At the beginning I thought it may be a skit bc of how animated the host was.

Great show. Suggestions are to improve camera positioning so we see the faces of participants and not their backs. Questions need to be deeper to know the participants and not surface like favorite songs. Host should have a mic pinned to her chest and use the hand mic for the contestants. It gets pretty awkward to have a participant speaking and host has the mic to her mouth. Otherwise, keep going at it. This show presents another face that appeals to another segment of viewers

I was hoping this episode we had the guys in the line up and the women come out. Arabia wasted our time…you can tell she wasn’t interested in the first guy because when she walked up she wasn’t excited. Host…dig deep into why. She said they aren’t aligned but in what ways?? Camera angles need to improve but overall keep at it…I’ll be tuning in for each episode

My constructive criticism for this show is... My favorite TV show growing up is and always will be Martin. With that being said, the one character that he portrayed that I could not stand is Mama Payne. There is a way to be churchy and or Christian and not be over the top. The host is so extra she cuts off the contestants, speaking in church tongues and then it seems like it's more about her than the actual show and product. She's a beautiful woman but less is more
The hosts needs to tone it down. Asking gospel artists questions is lame because people dont choose a partner based on their preference of music. The host needs to allow the guest to ask questions. Also, the men look better than the women, which is not a good thing. The show needs to tell the woman to dress like they would be going on a date.
At the 22:20 minute mark, about going to church as much as sis, kinda wish she'd answered differently. She sees church attendance as being 'Christ-centered'. Most str8 men (that yall want) aint tryna be in church 2-3 times a week
I think this an amazing initiative. I think the camera angles can be better as well people facing the camera, but I’m sure it’s being worked on. God bless 🙏🏾

If you think you’re saved then most likely you’re not. Just because you were baptized or grew up a PK doesn’t mean you are saved.

Yeah, the host has to do a couple different things than what is already said. When she speaks she needs to keep the mic on her so the audience can hear her.
Also, she has to make sure she asks the participants the same questions. Furthermore, she needs to get the participant an opportunity to pop their balloon.
