god i remember when the abilities in this game were only supposed mildly shift fights in your favour
I mean, I feel like that hasn't changed
Some abilities like Lifeline's res and Revenant's ultimate really make a difference and change the course of battle nowadays...
All the original legends had their season where they were beyond broken compared to the rest. So it's fair to let the new legend be strong for a season, plus alter's passive is the only strong thing about her. Ult takes like 5 sec to boot up and it creates a way to chase them need be

I’m in love with her kit. She’s not getting picked as much as I would have thought though. Also you can suck people into bottom floors with her portal and remove them from a fight or if they’re trying to hide on a roof above you. Very fun playstyle
