The framing about reducing the size of the bond portfolio to 20% rather than reducing both stocks or only stocks, is really strange in my opinion. Sure, one can say the 40 year bond bull market is over, on the other hand, rates are not today where they were in 2021, and the CAPE ratio is ~95th percentile.
