No worries Dom! Ahh INTPs always fascinate me because I feel we’re quite similar! But I always wonder about the thinking VS function and how that makes a difference!
Your willingness to share sets you apart in the YTverse. I tested as ISTJ in my 30s but just retested as INTP (now in my late 50s). I wonder if the photography led to the change or if the change led me to be better at seeing the world around me.
Thanks Jim! 🙂 Ah that’s really interesting! I was actually talking to someone recently about this and how it can change as you grow throughout life. I feel that INTPs are quite similar to INFPs! Though the thought processes are probably very different. 😂 That’s an interesting thought though about how the change came about! A good topic for reflection ☺️
Your innate type can’t change. You have default factory settings, and your experiences with people are what causes you to divert from that innate type.
@@eraserewrite As I understand it, your hardware stays the same but your experience updates your firmware. Then it makes sense to me that I have developed a more intuitive approach (testing now as N instead of S) and I am more open to different approaches (testing as P instead of J) as I gained life experience.
Fellow INFP here, can relate to a lot of what you said! ✨ Currently trying to figure out how to go about posting online in an authentic way but I am quite a private person so it’s difficult to find the perfect balance. How do you manage to speak on camera so well? I find I can only get a sentence or 2 out before I go off track or start saying “uummm” 😅
Hey fellow INFP! 😃🙋♀️ I totally get it, it's hard! I feel like I'm a pretty private person also but I am trying to open up more and more on this channel, I think baby steps are best! I actually think that most of my content that has done really well, is when I've been at my most authentic and speaking from personal experiences. I appreciate the compliment about speaking on camera! 😅 It's taken me a pretty long time to get to this point. But honestly, practice makes perfect and I think because I've been doing UA-cam for 10 years, it's definitely made me a lot more confident in front of the camera over time. 😊
@@kayleighjunecreative Thanks for your reply! As a pretty private person, sometimes I feel that social media can clash with this 😅 But I try to remind myself that I am in control of how much I share and that I don’t need to be too vulnerable if I’m not ready for that yet. It’s hard to be authentic when I’m so used to people pleasing and pretty afraid of judgement 😅 Will keep the baby steps in mind though! :)
I can relate to your talk as an INFP. I would like to ask you something. What I want to do with my life is changing all the time. As for business(3D artist), I am really not sure which way to go. I want to tell stories through animations or games but I don't think it's an easy way to make money. Should I work as a 3D freelancer and do what I want in my free time? Or should I follow what I really want to do, but I am afraid it might change again in 6 months?
It's definitely a hard question to answer! Sometimes when I'm unsure of what I want to focus on, I start making small steps to what I currently feel like doing. Even if that means something as simple as starting a new social media account and trying to post to it regularly. I've usually found out pretty quick when something isn't meant to be, or if I just don't have the love or determination to make it work eventually. Small steps are always best, and try not to overcomplicate it! You have time and it's okay if you decide in 6 months that you don't want to do it anymore. Trial and error is totally natural! 😊
Fellow INFP here🙋🏻♀️ I loved this video! I related to so much of it, I’d love to see more like this😊
Hey there! 👋😊
Haha I’d love to do more INFP related musing, I really think personality traits are so interesting!!
I’m an INFP and I’ve encountered so much of the same! Loved this video. Do more. Yes!
Haha glad to hear it's not just me! 😂
Thanks so much for watching!!
I'm also an INFP and I realize we have a lot in common. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on being an INFP!
Yay!! INFPs unite! 🥰
Thanks Kayleigh. I'm INTP and identify with a lot of what you've said, and have taken the test several times over a number of years.

As an infp male this is very inspiring.
I’m so glad you think so! 😊
This is so relatable
No worries at all! 🥰

@@kayleighjunecreative Thanks for answering my questions and your kind words. I will go with small steps.
