I tried it but the mixture would not thicken at all with the heated milk and cocoa... Anyone know why?

Hi, are u using condensed milk? It has to be condensed milk for it to be able to thicken :)

​@@EasyPeasyPan thank you for your reply! I think maybe I didn't heat the milk enough. I've left it in the freezer to see if it will harden that way. Next time I will follow your instructions more strictly and be less impatient :D
