Hope they find a solution so you don't have to keep getting an IV drip (which has it's own issues if ones electrolytes are normal). So many factors into anxiety. I have chronic anxiety too. Sleep therapy in North America is usually done to see if one has a sleep disorder (so I hope they aren't ripping you off - I'm in medicine). Anxiety is so debilitating. If anyone suffers please get help, I'm so glad she is trying to destigmatize it. 🤗

Try massage sessions for your anxiety, stress and insomnia. Will really help you relax your muscles and will help with sleeping. Also check your iron levels to see if you need a special diet or extra supplements. In the afternoons try to relax in bed just by closing your eyes for half an hour to recruit your senses. There are many videos here on you tube for anxiety, stress and insomnia. Play one of the videos that fits your needs and change it if it doesn't help you..
