Meta-Ultramafic pegmatites seem to be associated with Greenbushes and the Kirup prospects. These are shear hosted "abyssal" pegs with pods within migmatite . De-serpentinisation and generation of borosilicate partial melts during emplacement of 2.6ga felsic intrusives and cratonisation of the Balingup terrane 😉 the boron budget at Greenbushes seems very high. Soon we will have several LiOH plants up and running
Not sure whether one can really define pegmatite as exclusively granitic. There are mafic pegmatites as well. Here is a classic example: Anderson, A. L., 1933, An Occurrence of Giant Hornblendite: The Journal of Geology, v. 41, no. 1, p. 89-98. In fact, judging by the colors only @7:57 those pegmatites may have some mafic affinities.
Great project and talk. Excellent!!!

I love pegmatites
Love this channel but that was a terrible presentation. Very disappointing.
I was thinking the same !!
