Every creature needs safety and freedom. This picture tells many more things. You have reflected the life of this animal wonderfully. Thank you very much for sharing!
Such a good kind brave man. A moose is powerful and dangerous but you found a way to rescue him. I'm sure that once his fright was over and he was freed, he will understand that you saved him and be grateful in his own moose way. Thank you dear sir!!!
The good gentleman knew by cutting the rope will free the moose but the moose will carry the tire on his head. Eventually will become a big problem for the poor thing. It was a bit frustrating to watch but the gentleman patiently tried his best and it worked. Thank you Sir for trying. Awesome!
You are such a good person to save this poor, scared moose. He is starting to trust you, but he’s so scared. What a beautiful animal though. Thank you.
I can appreciate their willingness to help free this moose. Growing up in Alaska I would say the most terrifying animal to stumble across is a moose . I was riding my 4 wheeler on a trail near our home and since I wasn’t planning on going out far I didn’t carry a safety weapon. Anyways I came around a corner and there was the ass end of a moose. The trail at that point had steep sides on both sides so I had to slowly and calmly climb off my machine and pull it backwards to a point where I could turn around. Just as I got turned around that moose decided I was bothering it and started to chase me. It ran after me and was way too close for a good half mile before breaking off the chase. 2000 pounds baring down on you is frightening to say the least. Never went out again without a rifle in my sheath after that.
I kept thinking how the man could be pulled down so easily and at the same time how the elk was going to drop from exhaustion & thirst. There did seem to be a time where he calmed in understanding that the human was trying to help him. Seriously, this made me cry.
I can't tell if the moose is kicking at the man or the tire ..... but one kick from that moose's hoofs and it's all over! Climbing that tree was a very smart move!
MOOSE represents headstrong determination both purposeful and direct. Moose teaches us to be proud of our accomplishments. Expect something good to come your way. You rescued a majestic animal and should be proud :)
ZZmannnnn!!!! It is much easier to Monday morning quarter back! You don't know what he experienced! He did an EXCELLENT job! He got the Elk released and God Bless him for his patience and kindness!
you have to understand that an animal which is panicking(like that moose) don't know that this weird creature on two legs wants to free him, and will be afraid- defending itself. And believe me, you don't want to be kicked by a moose bull!
Kind hearted man to make that effort to cut loose that very excited moose, good thing he was able to do it from a safe position. Mr. Moose will not be coming near that swing again.
Qué estresante ver lo difícil que es liberarlo , sobre todo porque el señor es un anciano y aún así tuvo un gran corazón y valentía al liberar a este animalito . Dios lo bendiga
well good to see the man knew that he couldn't just cut the rope, had to disengage to tire & rope. Had it just been cut the moose would have likely gotten tangled again in the woods some where and expired slowly. Good Job, great patience and sound thinking.
I believe he had some alternating thoughts..He actually knew that you was trying to help him, but he also had a big sense of fear of humans...Thank you for helping this boy..I realize there are a lot of hunters out there, and if they hunt and either eat the meat or share it with people that do that is ok..The sporting aspect is lost if you aim that trigger at a wounded or entrapped animal..that is unless for some reason or another you and your family is starving.
Im a hunter and I've never met a decent man that hunts that wouldn't help an entrapped animal like this. Hunting for sport isn't bad as long as you aren't wasting meat hunting for sport is good because shooting the bigger bucks allows the younger ones to grow to a full age while also controlling the population. Hunting is all about conservation harvesting the meat yourself and respect for the animals. Anyone who doesn't act like this isn't a hunter they are just a dirt bag that happens to hunt
Лось,лесной великан,был в жалком состоянии,запутавшись рогами в качеле,и он ногами пытался отбиться от пут,но понимал,что человек ему помогает.Что и получилось,отлично!!!
BRAVO!! Now that is an intelligent, brave, strong, industrious, and kind man!!! A true man!! Well done. Not like the cowardly hunters who get off killing and torturing animals. Take a big lesson from this true man!! Thank you sir.
He probably was a hunter his self u have no clue what u are talking about. Just because someone hunts a moose to feed their family dont mean they want to see all animals dead. Hunters are the biggest contributors to wildlife conservation, the money we pay for licences go towards wildlife research and we also keep them from over populating and getting sick. Your probably one of those snowflakes that dont leave the house and buys your meat from the store because that's so much more ethical being confined in s barn and then slaughtered.
I watched the video of the two dudes freeing the young bull elk from a mud pit and a certain horrible death so I subscribed to the channel - then this one about the the elk with his antlers stuck in a swing came up . . . . I don't know - after having watched about ten minutes of the first one and now only a couple of this one so far I find myself totally exhausted ... completely drained of energy - Honest! It takes an incredible amount of energy just to route the emancipators and the poor animal on to freedom and to glory respectively - although certainly fame is not what those fellows were about . . . but the compelling need to help a fellow citizen of our remarkable planet . . . There must be some lesson - some message here for all - but i'm too tired to thiink it all the way through right now . . . . But what a wonderful memory for the animals and saviors alike to take to the end of their days . . . which I pray will be long and productive. Make them count . . .
You understand why these animals can also scare brown bears away, if required. The open land where the Elk then moves to has such a peaceful quality to it. Whoever lives there are indeed very lucky!
Thumbs up for rescuing the moose. I was wondering though, would it have helped to try and cover it's eyes with a towel or something ? Like with horses, they'll be less active because they can't see.
Well done all. I'm pretty sure that a distressed critter is no good for eating anyway due to the release of adrenaline which taints the meat. They are a huge animal, wouldn't want one of them to charge at me !
Man had a great deal of patience. Moose was obviously scared. Good job.
The effort to save the moose deserves admiration.

I wish we could communicate with animals so they know we are trying to help, not harm them.
Some animals know.
Just a swinging and a kicking, a baby moose, lol, easy does it
Tire swings should be taken down end of summer

Hunters do NOT torture animals, you twit. More deer die of starvation than by hunters. don't believe me? Look it up instead of hugging trees all day.

Moose don't realize you are trying toe help them but dolphins, whales and sharks do. Brave man to do this and avoid the swinging hooves.
In another video a young moose (same age) displays a quite different behavior, when being rescued.
