- هذه عجنة البيلوطا العجينة السحرية التي تتكون من سردين طري منزوع القشرة والسلسول نستعمل الهيرة ونخلطها بقليل من الرمل ونخلط حتى يصير عجينة ثم نضيف له قليل من زيت السردين أو زيت كابيلا لكي تكون الرائحة مشهية بالنسبة للحوث ثم نضيف قليل من السميدة رقيقة ونخلط الكل حتى تتماسك العجينة وبالصحة صيد موفق
طريقة الصيد تكون كالتالي:
نضع العجين على شكل كويرة (الكمية اللازمة لتغطية الصنارة الثلاثية)
كما يجب معرفة العمق لأنه يجب ان يكون الطعم قريب من القاع.
La pêche à la pelote est une très efficace pêche du bord, traditionnelle sur les côtes d'Afrique du Nord et pratiquée sur les côtes françaises depuis les années 60.
Vous rechercherez principalement les sars avec cette technique, mais vous pêcherez aussi les bogues hélas, les blades ou oblades, les pataclés (du genre sar), mandoules… certains ont la chance de piquer le loup (bar).
Matériel : une canne à anneaux un peu longue 5, 6 mètres ou plus, légère et solide, un peu souple mais pas trop.
Un petit moulinet sur et léger garni de fil 22 ou 24/100èmes.
Montage : il n'y a pas plus simple. Un hameçon trident monté sur 50 cm de fil de diamètre égal ou inférieur au corps de ligne et noué à celui-ci, si ça doit casser, ça cassera à la jointure. Il n'y a pas de plomb, le sable contenu dans la pelote alourdit la préparation, et la ligne légère danse ballotée par les remous dans la vague.
Principe de la pêche : " broméger " c'est à dire attirer le poisson en jetant continuellement et pendant un certain temps au même endroit, n'hésitez pas à insister 15 à 30 minutes, du sable imprégné de sardines broyées. Vraiment bien broyées, il s'agit d'apéritif et il ne faut surtout pas gaver les poissons.
Où ? choisir le bon endroit est difficile et primordial. La côte doit être rocheuse, le lieu de pêche n'est pas nécessairement profond, mais le sar doit pouvoir y être attiré et y venir depuis ses habitats naturels : grottes, anfractuosités, galeries sous-marines. Primordial, il faudra de l'écume, l'eau doit bouillonner plus que sur les roches avoisinantes et elle doit même être trouble. Attention quand même, la mer qui " remue " est très dangereuse, surtout par temps de houle. Il y a toujours une vague imprévue qui dépasse deux ou trois fois la hauteur et la puissance des vagues moyennes, donc calculez bien l'endroit où vous vous installez, pour éviter d'être mouillé, de voir partir vos affaires à l'eau ou ne pas avoir droit à une baignade forcée ou tragique...
