A briquette (or briquettes) is a piece of compressed wood or a block of coal dust or other combustible biomass material such as charcoal, sawdust, wood chips, peat or paper used as fuel and to light a fire. The term derives from the French word brick which means brick. Wood briquettes consist of dry, untreated wood chips (eg wood chips). They are pressed at high pressure without any binder. By compressing the wood with this high pressure, it is transformed into a lignite-like fuel.
Love all the manual labor needed to run the automatic briquette machine
There is a flooring company close to where I live in Colorado and they make these with all of their sawdust. Great for starting fires. The only binder is the natural resins in the wood.
I was wondering what the binding was since I didn't see any tanks or anything. I suppose with enough pressure none is needed
People wearing loose garments , flip flops , standing in the pile over the augers, hell the one guy was barefoot loading the auger with a shovel. This is what you call a very laid back work environment.
I love the description! “The term is from the French word ‘brick’ ... meaning ‘brick’”
That's pronounced "breeeeeeck"
A few guards on all of those drive sprockets and flywheels would sure be smart.
Thats their pension plan.
Glad to see health and safety is a big priority 🤔
How about providing some face masks for your employees so that their lungs won't be shagged in the near future.
Bullshit. Sawdust is not auto exhaust. Sawdust is not asbestos.
This is interesting. There would be big demand in America for briquette fireplace logs, if they were cheap. I suppose pallets could be ground-up, but I don't really know how much
sawdust is available. The landfill receives tons of paper and cardboard everyday. Maybe that could be ground-up too.
@Bob Down Burn money to your heart's content. No skin off my nose.
These used to be commonplace in the USA. They’ve been displaced by wax-impregnated sawdust logs, but the hard compressed logs are not hard to find.
@Bob Down 😁😂😂
they make pellets like this for stoves
You can bring saw dust from saw mill factory at very low cost ....
Coz I have this machine
Gathering from the video the main thing you need is sawdust and a convor belt. Wow! very educational.
Two minutes and 40 seconds of seeing a conveyor belt from 12 different angles and then 30 seconds of seeing a press and the log .....
Thankz
U saved me 2 minutez and 20 secondz....I had to watch that conveyor for a bit ha
WEAR MASK NOT FOR CORONA BUT PROTECT OUR SELF FROM DUST.
To all you safety inspectors; I have worked in many settings in America. I have been fired for safety policy violations( no safety glasses even though I had osha rated vision glasses) and I have been "let go" after bringing safety violations to management's attention and refusing to do the job because of lack of proper ppe. I have worked on farms with no safety rules and I have worked I nuclear power plants that were safety stupid. The fact is most employers dont really care about safety. Some do. But very few times have I been told to not do a job because it was unsafe if the company is losing money. Safety is never first to the company. Making $ is first. If no cash is made, no job is there to be worked. Safety is only first if the individual makes it so. Even if that means getting fired on some made up charge. Because of course they aren't stupid enough to admit they fired you for refusing to do something unsafe.
Safety is always talked about by management. But when the $$ have to be spent..."no, can't see any reason for that expenditure". Talk is cheap...safety is not!
Personally I'd rather be homeless than lose a hand making tons of money for some asshole. As much as it sucks to lose a job for not being willing to do something unsafe, you can't regrow limbs, but you'll survive eating ramen noodles in a cold apartment
Please call 0r contact me
Good thing they take the safety of the workers seriously.
Safety Sally HAs arrived
Very impressive
SMALL industry doesn't mean DIRTY and MESSY industry. Have pride! Tidy it up!
That dust is so volatile !! one spark and BOOM !!
What?
Are you high or drunk?
No safety equipment for the workers or shall we say they are indentured laborers.
Everytime someone watches this video, an OSHA inspector loses his wings.
Most OSHA inspectors are females.
Women have a better eye for detail.
More unsafe operations than I can count.
Don't show this to an OSHA guy or they will have an aneurism immediately, lol.
Dust and all does pitch and crush points. Boy, the health and safety regulators would have a heart attack.
Will somebody please get these workers some dust masks?
life expectancy of workers is probably 40 years of age. Ugh.
Imagine how tough are these people , working in the dust without any safety protection.
They're not necessarily tough, they will be affected by the dust in time just like anyone would unfortunately.
First thing i notice is the lack of guards on any of the belts, chains, or other moving parts. DEFINITELY not something in the US, because OSHA would be having a damn field day with this place.
can we put rice straw chopped , - which could be used
Yes. All the agriculture waste you can use. The rates varies as per the CV of output product
Lots of danger for workers, dust, no belt guard, poor ventilation, no fire protection.
Safety Sally Has Arrived
Just compressing wood fiber? Adding wax or something else?
adding NOTHING
Sugercane mil waste
What is this why we use for
ईट भट्टा में जलाने के काम आती है
Anybody who has ever cleaned a joinery workshop knows how awful the dust is. These poor sods are in it 12 hours a day 6 days a week. There is absolutely no way that these workers are not effected health wise in the not too long, long term. But all we want is cheap products regardless of anything.
Absolutely agree. Capitalism at its best.
Good job.. 👍
wow that drive wheel is just waiting to pull someone in, anyway how much per tone???

LMAO that's what I thought
Can you share more details about the plant & machinery, where to buy❓️
Can we make briquette form Rice husk (without grind Rice husk)?
Some beautiful guards fitted .
Sar aap Lakadi ka burada khareed Te ho kya
Hello there Small Scale Industries! What is the name of this machine? Am I able to acquire one in the United States? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Looks very dangerous with all those unprotected moving parts.
Agree! Guards must be installed around the moving parts!
Kitne ki h
It's a good product. But, so many safety issues need addressed.
Lmfao Safety Safety Safety, wear a bubble and a mask.....
Why was that person standing on the sawdust hopper pile while feeding sawdust into it????
Because during the last election, he voted Republican and told his representative that he wanted low wages and dangerous working conditions.
This is what he said: "As long as I have to live in a shit-hole country, I want to make sure I WORK like I'm in a shit-hole country!"
@@misterguts at least he’s working and not leaching off the working class, like the lazy hands out Democrats.
That fine sawdust is so damaging for their lungs and eyes, it's not right that they don't have some sort of mask etc.
Спасибо, отличное видео!
Лайк и подписка!
´Nice to see health and safety being totally ignored. One trip near those flywheels and you can include body parts in the briquette 👎
If that happens, there are twenty dudes waiting outside the factory gate waiting to take his place.
Thats known as "binder"
Weed em out
Health and safety non existent, what if a workers leg slipped into the auger? No dust masks, no gloves no protective guards or emergency stops, lone workers, dangerous machinery high pressure compaction, these sort of factories would close down elsewhere for the owners it is simply business!
No need for me to add to the obvious. I'd shut them down in a 'flash'.
Just beautiful, perfection
Yeah, "automatic". Only four employees needed for the process 😁
I am highly interested this type machine from Bangladesh
so
Beim Arbeiten fast einschlafen, Respekt...........
is that dude INSIDE the hopper?
Not part of 9001 certification they're so proud of!
🎵 Inside da hoppa all day we play,
🎵 Makin' briquettes throughout the day,
🎵 Inside da hoppa, where things are hoppin', try it and see!
🎵 Get to da hoppa, not to da choppa! Go tell yo mama, go tell yo papa,
🎵 Get in da hoppa, where wood is choppin', so good to be!
Looks to be setup like corn screws. The auger sits about 18” below grade with a small graded hole above the end of the auger.
People asking for contacts surely must be joking, there is no value for human beings, wood or any dust is explosive and a big fire hazard and I see no safety equipment, wonder whether motors are dust and explosion proof, where is fume and dust extraction, ventilation and people asking how much?
🤣👌
Age to Batao kya karna hai
Health & Safety nightmare. Dust, exposed chains, massive flywheels in the open. It's like a kid has laid all this stuff out to be as awkward as possible!
Nothing learned here. Just watching sawdust (from unknown origin) on a 2 minute ride up and down conveyors until the 5 seconds of action where they get compressed into billets. What is the moisture content of the sawdust. Is there any binder added ($). And is the net effect worth it. Unless there was a furniture factory next door, I'm not seeing the feasibility of the whole operation. Unless it's a "Where's Waldo" for OSHA.
What did they use to bind the sawdust together. You didn’t show the compaction process to cutting the finish tube to length. No much of a video showing the making of briquettes. Poor 1-10 > 2
without binder. high pressure and temperature for pressing sawdust.
What is the cost of machine depending capacity wise?
Is carbonization necessary afterwards?
yes
In process only fine particle shows, shall we purchse fine powder, where it's available or show basis raw material then fine powder process
I like your machine the best production ever i seen what is the cost of this machine
And please focus on safety there's many errors
What is the use of it
Can we make briquettes from dry leaves fallen from trees and very small dry branches fallen.
Bhai ap nambar do
Do they use a bonding agent or just high pressure to form the briquettes? On a side note: OSHA just entered the room.....
lignite forms a natural binder at high pressure.
without binder. High pressure and temperature for pressing together
Вот это я понимаю - пеллеты... 😁😁😁
We’re will get the wood dust and ground nut shell
Nice.....big machine crack wood powers
can you tell me where is factory please. I want to visit the factory.
no, they dont want you there
Rampur up
they really just made a whole tree branch
What is the HS code of this product?
Thanks for sharing and for allowing us to comment.... I have learned a lot watching this video and comments....indeed, much can be improved, nothing is really automatic.... it is highly inefficient, the conveyor belt could be done away with, wastes lots of electrical energy instead of using the same biofuel, highly unhealthy for its workers who could be the owners as well...nah, for sure employees who do not care much to begin with or do not know that much they could be protected....I doubt this is exported but could be.... higher end products could be made instead of compressed cylinders of wood For a furnace or stove..... the title tricked me it was something more interesting or beneficial but my mind got anxious to say.... what the USofA, Biden, Trump or Covid has to do with this? Nothing LOL
Not a single guard over belts, flywheels, chains......
They don't even care honestly
Rube Goldberg could not have designed a better factory.
Is it used as firewood ?
yes
Where to sell these item like brick of sawdust
Kol me 8273529558
Many many industries use it in boilers
Where’s your safety gear?
lots unguarded drives there!
Would have been nicer to see a size comparison…

regular thank you
Sadly the owner do not care about it they care about the profit. Cheap labor more benefits. More sadly is since "poor" people need money to keep going in to their life they accept even hazardous work and most are unaware of the dangers.
If you're "unaware" that you might get caught in exposed chains or moving parts, you're an idiot.
Wow, it's the same as our product, Briquetting System, but for Metal Waste.
Very Nice
No health and safety there.
Imagine the lifespan of the workers after breathing all of the sawdust.
Its oh shit certified
С техникой безопасности совсем слабо. Это Индия?
I see human finger on conveyor
Can inget deliver this mashine to Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦? Thank you
Can't imagine how bad that is on the lungs.
Why all the conveyor belts?
Some Briquettes come with extra protein and calcium.
इस ब्रिकेट्स किस काम आते है
Ну очень интересно для чего такие опилки присованые
У вас надо построить таких цехи для отопления.
Stay clear of the giant spinning flywheels. Remember, safety is job #1. 🤣
Safety Sally Has Arrived
Is a binder agent being used ?
normaly not becouse the friction heat-pressure melt some of the lignine in the wood cind of guing it toghether!
but i have seen plases where they use lover pressure and they add a few% of say wheat floor and steam to cind of glue the fibers toghether.
as a kid in the 1960s we used to make paper glue by mixing wheat floor and water. hehe
not to worry, as you enter there's a sign that reads "be careful"
? goúd?
Awesome bruv 👍🔥.
