Im not a technologically savy person, so I cant offer solutions outside of this vid. Hope you guys understand.
Love the video, but it's sadly not working. Can get to the back up and recovery setting, but doesn't allow the reset (6:50 of video). Still asking for previous google account
you may need to do the first step all over again. i.e. factory reset. if that fail then unfortunately i wont be able to hlp further. you would need to watch other videos and hopefully stumble across a solution. but try following all the steps from the beginning of the video. fingers crossed it works.

it has nothing to do with hard reset it doesn't resolve our problem man
hard reset = first part of the video and FPR =second part of video.
