ASMR Whispers and Watches

- Hello everybody, thanks for dropping by.
So today I went through a lot of my watch collection, cleaning them etc...and thought it might make an interesting video for the sounds they make, the bracelets and clicking.
I also have a new lens for my camera, and thought it would be a good opportunity to try it out, see if I can get my camera to work better close up (problem I have had in the past, as I used 'fixed' prime lenses).
I wanted to try use two audio recorders, to get the sound of my whisper and of the watches...but the other zoom I had, had no charged battery, and I could not find the other SD card for it :( So the audio might have a little more echo to it, as the mic is not pointed directly at me...but hopefully it will still sound good.
Not sure how the watches will sound, hopefully not to harsh...but a bit different too.

Wow thanks'...thought there was going to be some criticism/improvement suggestions there...but so glad you liked it, and that you think the video turned out well...I liked it in the end I think, but I am biased as I like watches :P But thank you...if I know this setup is ok, I can do some more videos using this more convenient setup.

I truly enjoyed this episode. Mainly because I just got an invicta automatic as my beater watch and I am enamoured with steel bracelets on diver watches. The sound of the metal on metal is divine to me and seeing that I have been under great stress lately, it was exactly what I needed.

hi, thanks for the upload. I like watches and asmr whispers. you are very good at it. about your audio and video issues... I got nothing to say except there's just a little less volume on most of your videos but I think it mix kind of good with your accent. saludos de costa rica.
The volume is not as high as I have had it in the past...one because I am only using my zoom, and not my Rode dedicated mics, and two because I am (at present) recording in a different, open room...so the sound echo's a lot more, and the room its self is not as 'quiet'. So unfortunately I have to reduce the recording volume, otherwise the background noise etc. gets far to noticeable :( But thank you for the kind comments.

How much was that Oris watch for you if you don't mind me asking? I really want to get me a proper watch for graduation just like you did, but have no idea how much to spend..
it was about 1700 when I got it (bit less now)...expensive, but I had saved up and decided for a long while that I was going to get it for that reason. In watch 'collecting' terms it is on the cheaper side of the scale. But I don't buy any watches for the prestige or brand name so to speak...I just like the design, quality and looks of a watch :)
