(Come on)
Everybody's got their history (history)
On every page, a mystery (it's a mystery)
You can read my diary, you're in every line (la, la, la, la, la, la, la)
Jealous minds (jealous minds) are never satisfied (satisfied)
I'm telling you baby
You will never find another girl
In this heart of mine
(In this heart of mine) Wooh
Look into my eyes (ooh, look into my eyes)
Can't you see they're open wide?
Would I lie to you baby?
Would I lie to you? Oh, yeah
Don't you know it's true (ooh, look into my eyes)
Girl, there's no one else but you?
Would I lie to you baby, yeah? (Would I lie to you?)
I wanna see you night and day
(Would I lie?)
And tell you that I'm here to stay
(Would I lie to you?)
Do you think I'd give my love away?
(Would I lie?)
That's not the kind of game I play
I'm telling you baby
You will never find another girl
In this heart of mine
(In this heart of mine, deep in my heart) whoo
Look into my eyes (ooh, look into my eyes)
Can't you see they're open wide?
Would I lie to you baby?
Would I lie to you? Oh, yeah
Don't you know it's true (ooh, look into my eyes)
Girl, there's no one else but you?
Would I lie to you baby, yeah? (Would I lie to you?)
Would I lie to you, baby?
Look into my eyes (ooh, look into my eyes)
Can't you see they're open wide?
Would I lie to you baby?
Would I lie to you? Oh, yeah
Don't you know it's true (ooh, look into my eyes)
Girl, there's no one else but you?
Would I lie to you baby, yeah? (Would I lie to you?)
Come on, come on, come on, come on
Trust me baby (ooh, look into my eyes)
I won't lie to you, baby (would I lie to you?)
There ain't no-one else but you, darling (oh, yeah)
(Ooh, look into my eyes) Tell me what you need and I wanna be there
What a pretty and fascinating woman ,hello my darling ?
Fantástico
algum brasileiro aqui em 2024 curtindo esse clássico?
Whenever this song played on the radio in the 90s me (age 8) and my mom would lock eyes and smile with delight cause it was our favorite song, she died in 2004 and listening to this song 20 years later brings back to that moment in time , powerful and emotional rush
Sweet memory, TFS!
My condolences.
✨Peace&Blessings✨
Love hearing that. Memories are one of the best things in life.
💖
I hope someday my children would remember me blasting our songs in the car 😘 hugss
I can relate. I think i need to stop listening to 90's music. Too painful.
Those summer days in the 80's 90's listening to real music, chilling with friends,family... the good old days.

+Charles Neild I agree. Sad Charles passed away in 2001 of cancer.
+Charles Neild one was a freud he didn't sing
+john holt You know nothing
Nice comment and I agree! :)
Too bloody right. 👍🏻
Wow what a great song after 30 years. Charles died in 2001 but Eddie is still going I saw him on the internet what a great kind man he is . Short grey hair of course but he is such a gentle soul. He was devastated when Charles died. They were great friends. Now I get the impression from Eddie that I see an American Indian in him.❤
Good morning Yessss veryyyyy good memories boysssss

Why can't today's music be like this?? Simply beautiful, with a beautiful message for that someone special.
True❤️
@@olivianikoline3429 thank you xxx
You say a beautiful message for someone special, but he says would i lie to you and then you hear oh yeah, so yeah he would lie to you lol. Sorry lol
@laurenarkle5832 Alright, so he maybe admitting to lying, but sometimes people lie to their loved ones to appease them and not necessarily to please themselves.
WTF I always thought this song was made by Michael Jackson 🤔
Anyone else thoughts the same here ?
Forgot all about this song. Glad I found it again on UA-cam. Amazing song.

Turned my daughter on to this song about 15 years ago, then this past summer she got married. She asked me long before the ceremony to guess what our, "Father -Daughter dance was...I told her this song without hesitation. Which shocked her and her husband. Point being...Dad still got the moves and Dad always has your back Hun.🤙
If your lucky to hear this song in the 90s, whenever and wherever you are, it takes you back with those emotion too.
The first time I heard this song I was in the navy, I was in okinawa japan, 1992
Bro I wish I was born in the 90s now.
RIP Charles Pettigrew. This is a superb song so he will never be forgotten.
