I think sir we should say God has all the authority and gives it to whosoever He wants but He can never be under authority because God is the Highest authority, this will make us understand you well and make what we hear less complicated. The assigment of power is to bring all things down to the will if God. The assignment of power is that the will of God will be done on earth as in heaven. Use the power to enforce the will if God in your life. The will if God is that you will be head and not tail. You can be anointed but may not operate in love. Administer power in love to avoid abuse. Dont use revelatiry power and prophecy to rob people. Donut in the will of God Spiritual power is a product of our yueldedness. Gods failure is by his mercy to help you avoud abuse and misuse.
