1) Understanding the problem is half the solution. If you do not know about your problem, you may end up in an irrelevant solution i.e. garbage in, garbage out. What are Sir Qasim's thoughts on this?
2) You should teach the next level of this topic as well addressing the fact that almost all of us are thinking that we do not love our work because all of us are fitting in at least one of your eight personality traits.
