I personally believe even in the Old Testament, Israel was the physical depiction of what is going on with us spiritually. I believe even today, we are seeing the physical implementation of what is going on in the spirit around us. With Jesus, we will prevail, we are not alone!
I am new to the faith! I was going through the motions until I watched the first episode. It felt like Jesus had given me that hug, and called me to him, that I was his. Thank you to all who work on this show, it is truly amazing.
I get an antichrist interpretation with this coming out at this moment in time. This conflict going on right now in the world and both jew and Muslim is awaiting their own messiah. These series and cinema shows show this other Jesus. Long hair , charismatic. Which he didn't bear long hair on his crown. Did have a beard but not on his head. These cinema shows show him with long hair , show the love and dedication his deciples had even going further to show Paul's conversion while reality Paul said it was a shame for a man to have long hair. And people never catch on to the elite putting truth before your eyes while influencing the lie from the occult. Remember the jews rejected the 1st one. Their awaiting one right now as we speak is the antichrist. The Muslim awaits theirs also so two different incorrect beliefs are awaiting for their rod and soon will receive it along with the rest of the earth . Sad but true guys this show only depicts about 9 percent truth . It was even agreed on by the ones behind the show. Knowing truth it's hard to see it but its there . That's the whole concept of it is too get you to welcome in another gospel. Where you wear bracelets and men where bracelets with tied dyed designer jeans on a pulpit with colored lights and lid screens with a fancy mic in his ear and a soul patch under his bottom lip speaking the gospel to you in a normal tone of voice like it's a social gathering when the gospel is to be preached with a certainty. Now it's to get you to flock to glamor rather than conviction and reproof. Lack of conviction is how we have these scandals breaking the church today. And lack of reproof is how we here to have scandals. All done by excepting a different gospel. Crafty show though

Not to disparage The Chosen, but you might be forgetting that The Jesus Film has been bringing people to Christ in over 2,000 languages the world over for 44 years now.

108 million people have seen “The Chosen”. Thank God for that. We should all pray for the show to have a greater impact for Christ as it translates into other languages. Since 1979, more than 5 billion people have seen the Jesus Film and about 600 million people have made decisions to follow Jesus Christ after watching the film.
I’ve been saying the same thing that I’ve become so attached to this Jesus character that when I see the crucifixion I’m going to just lose it. It’s going to be hard to watch

I believe God has blessed this endeavor because it gives the Jesus the glory and honor He deserves.
Yes! I love all the religious films (King of Kings, Jesus of Nazareth, The Ten Commandments, etc.) but The Chosen is like nothing else. The scripture is delivered with such love, grace, and (most of all) HUMANITY that it opens your heart to Christ in new ways. 💕 Thank you to EVERYONE and ANYONE involved in bringing this series to life. I watched all 3 seasons so far and can't wait for the next but unfortunately not all my family is english speaking so could I ask You to try and add the Polish language as voiceover or subtitles in all the seasons please? This could help so much to spread the show also in Poland as now it is so little known out there. Great Work so far although I believe Biblical Jesus had way more charisma as when You read the Bible but I know it is hard to reflect it so well in the film.

No, what they say themselves is that they take liberties with the background stories of people that we don't know much about or anything about. In fact, they tried their best to not stray at all from the gospels and had 3 people helping to keep them in check. One a Catholic priest, one I think he is a rabbi (Jewish) and an evangelical. There is something special about this series... idk what it is but it's pulling us all in and we want more. This just proves our hunger, our thirst, for Christ is very strong. It's like feasting on a grand meal after starving for so many years. Only, I can't get enough! I've been binging this show for the last week. All 3 seasons. I had no idea how powerful it would be.
My husband and I have been binge watching The Chosen as well. Now we're done and I wish we had gone slower so it wouldn't be over! But we're going to watch again.

I just saw the S4 trailer and I cried. We all know how it's going to end, but the way the chosen team creates the show it gives enlightenment, yet it's painful as I see Jesus as part of humanity with His disciples. I was baptized as a child and part of a Catholic family. Even though my parents raised us with Christian values, we didn’t go to Church or catechesis. I had never read the Bible. I started watching The Chosen a few months ago, after coming across Angel Studios because Sound of Freedom and have fell in love with it. The Chosen series takes Jesus off of the sterile pedestals of religion and places him amongst people like us - common, flawed, broken, sinful. And he shows up for all of us, just like he did for those he met on the dusty roads and in the villages of Judea.

Like so many, I have watched every episode over and over. Each time it as if I am seeing them for the first time and I am so grateful for Dallas Jenkins and The Chosen staff. I believe this series helps us to see the unconditional love that God has for all of us. To see the sacrifice that was given so that we all might have a relationship with Him is beyond words. God so desires to have an intimate relationship with His children and this series helps us to have a glimpse into the price that was paid for this relationship. Is it just me or more people are seeing a BIG movement towards Christianity....I see more am more people looking for Jesus those days. The Chosen is just an amazing show....waiting for season 4. Going through hard time in my life right now, very serious disease, but I have always prayed to God.....but now I am even more in contact with Jesus and his Father.....and things will get there, I have faith and I believe that I will be healed. The Chosen is such a phenomenal production. Lately when the Gospel readings at church remind me of a Chosen episode, I rewatch that episode. Thank you for cleaning out the real people the characters are based on and the fantastic scripting and dialogue. Can't wait for Season 4!
Love, love, love this show! To see Jesus and the disciples in this way, living out their lives with character and personality, makes them so much more relatable to me. I see myself in them and it helps me understand them and their choices so much better. This show really speaks to me! And so does Jesus everytime I watch it!

What an absolutely amazing series, can't believe I've just discovered. I'm binge-watching right from the start. The details, the backstories, the intertwining, the realism, the humanness, the good sense of humor and not all-pious nature of everyone from Jesus to disciples to the additional characters is exactly what makes the whole thing so authentic. The choice of English language with a Middle Eastern accent strikes an excellent balance too. Amazing work. Wow. (Peter's character reminds a little bit of Han Solo as a nice bonus.)

I personally believe even in the Old Testament, Israel was the physical depiction of what is going on with us spiritually. I believe even today, we are seeing the physical implementation of what is going on in the spirit around us. With Jesus, we will prevail, we are not alone!

I get an antichrist interpretation with this coming out at this moment in time. This conflict going on right now in the world and both jew and Muslim is awaiting their own messiah. These series and cinema shows show this other Jesus. Long hair , charismatic. Which he didn't bear long hair on his crown. Did have a beard but not on his head. These cinema shows show him with long hair , show the love and dedication his deciples had even going further to show Paul's conversion while reality Paul said it was a shame for a man to have long hair. And people never catch on to the elite putting truth before your eyes while influencing the lie from the occult. Remember the jews rejected the 1st one. Their awaiting one right now as we speak is the antichrist. The Muslim awaits theirs also so two different incorrect beliefs are awaiting for their rod and soon will receive it along with the rest of the earth . Sad but true guys this show only depicts about 9 percent truth . It was even agreed on by the ones behind the show. Knowing truth it's hard to see it but its there . That's the whole concept of it is too get you to welcome in another gospel. Where you wear bracelets and men where bracelets with tied dyed designer jeans on a pulpit with colored lights and lid screens with a fancy mic in his ear and a soul patch under his bottom lip speaking the gospel to you in a normal tone of voice like it's a social gathering when the gospel is to be preached with a certainty. Now it's to get you to flock to glamor rather than conviction and reproof. Lack of conviction is how we have these scandals breaking the church today. And lack of reproof is how we here to have scandals. All done by excepting a different gospel. Crafty show though

Yes! I love all the religious films (King of Kings, Jesus of Nazareth, The Ten Commandments, etc.) but The Chosen is like nothing else. This could help so much to spread the show also in Poland as now it is so little known out there. Great Work so far although I believe Biblical Jesus had way more charisma as when You read the Bible but I know it is hard to reflect it so well in the film.

It is not the retelling of the Gospels...They say it themselves. They take A lot of liberty with the Gospels.

In fact, they tried their best to not stray at all from the gospels and had 3 people helping to keep them in check. One a Catholic priest, one I think he is a rabbi (Jewish) and an evangelical. There is something special about this series... idk what it is but it's pulling us all in and we want more. This just proves our hunger, our thirst, for Christ is very strong. We all know how it's going to end, but the way the chosen team creates the show it gives enlightenment, yet it's painful as I see Jesus as part of humanity with His disciples. I was baptized as a child and part of a Catholic family. Even though my parents raised us with Christian values, we didn’t go to Church or catechesis. I had never read the Bible. I started watching The Chosen a few months ago, after coming across Angel Studios because Sound of Freedom and have fell in love with it. It coincided with my return to Church and it has filled my soul and strengthened my spirit. I am really looking forward to season 4! Thank you for this Godly masterpiece called The Chosen 💛🙏🏽

This trailer truly gives me the chills, it is amazing. The music is incredible. Music has such a significant impact on the atmosphere of cinema. The series looks sooo good. Each and every season has been of such a high standard. Thank you Dallas and the team for making such quality and bringing more people closer to Jesus through your care and hard work.

The Chosen series takes Jesus off of the sterile pedestals of religion and places him amongst people like us - common, flawed, broken, sinful. And he shows up for all of us, just like he did for those he met on the dusty roads and in the villages of Judea.
Wow, I am moved to tears. Watching this show has been such an important part of my journey coming back to Christ. Stories I heard a thousand times but could never really relate to… Seeing them in such rich detail, played out though genuine human relationships, makes Jesus and the Gospel come to life. Thank you, The Chosen team, for bringing us a vision of the Lord, his love, his life, his ministry, his destiny. So excited for season 4.
I can't wait for Season 4. I have watched the first 3 seasons over and over. It has had such an impact on my faith. Whenever I wear my Chosen gear I find many people stop me to talk about the show. It is amazing how the Spirit is working. Thank you Dallas and your magnificent cast.

I recently completed watching Season 3....this show brings my soul close to Messiah... I'm started to keep my faith & trust in him again. Yes, u heard it - again.
Some of the most powerful moments in the Gospels wre going to be in this season.

There has never been a series like The Chosen before. It is truly life-changing. Jonathan Roumie and all the actors and crew are truly blessed to be able to bring this remarkable story into the world. Season 4 will be so sad and difficult to watch but oh so important. Like so many, I have watched every episode over and over. Each time it as if I am seeing them for the first time and I am so grateful for Dallas Jenkins and The Chosen staff. I believe this series helps us to see the unconditional love that God has for all of us. To see the sacrifice that was given so that we all might have a relationship with Him is beyond words. God so desires to have an intimate relationship with His children and this series helps us to have a glimpse into the price that was paid for this relationship. Thank you Dallas for showings a picture of the great love God has for us all.
I'm having trouble catching my breath. The Holy Spirit is upon this show. Tremendous script & heartfelt performances. Straightforward, genuine, uncomplicated and true. Like God's call to a dying world. Now is the day.
Is it just me or more people are seeing a BIG movement towards Christianity....I see more am more people looking for Jesus those days. The Chosen is just an amazing show....waiting for season 4. Going through hard time in my life right now, very serious disease, but I have always prayed to God.....but now I am even more in contact with Jesus and his Father.....and things will get there, I have faith and I believe that I will be healed. Thank God !!!
I am grateful for how relatable The Chosen is, and how my imagination has been set loose when reading any book/chapter of the Bible after seeing the Chosen. Praise to the King of the Universe!
Oh myyyy…getting my tissues ready! I’ve been raised in the church and have experienced a lot of Christian movies or series, and a lot of them have seemed a little cheesy honestly, but not The Chosen! I cannot help but feel absolutely every emotion from it. I am so grateful that y’all have put all the time and effort to make this. I feel it to the deepest part of my spirit! Thank you for translating the Bible into visual form!
Yes, I agree with all of what you said & I’m definitely getting the tissues ready too! I’m a visual person so Dallas/the Chosen Team bringing the words back to life in full color & emotion is sooooo powerful & captivating!! This series has helped me to visualize not only the REAL people, but also what it might have been like to be WITH JESUS & His followers. THAT makes His living in the flesh personal to me. 😇💝
I can’t wait for season 4! This show has reignited my faith and my thirst for God. I love the reminder of how human the apostles were… how imperfect and yet all cherished and chosen by Christ in spite of their struggles. Just as he cherishes all of us.

The Chosen is such a phenomenal production. Lately when the Gospel readings at church remind me of a Chosen episode, I rewatch that episode. Thank you for cleaning out the real people the characters are based on and the fantastic scripting and dialogue. Can't wait for Season 4!
Love, love, love this show! To see Jesus and the disciples in this way, living out their lives with character and personality, makes them so much more relatable to me. I see myself in them and it helps me understand them and their choices so much better. This show really speaks to me! And so does Jesus everytime I watch it!

What an absolutely amazing series, can't believe I've just discovered. I'm binge-watching right from the start. The details, the backstories, the intertwining, the realism, the humanness, the good sense of humor and not all-pious nature of everyone from Jesus to disciples to the additional characters is exactly what makes the whole thing so authentic. The choice of English language with a Middle Eastern accent strikes an excellent balance too. Amazing work. Wow. (Peter's character reminds a little bit of Han Solo as a nice bonus.)
