Hollow Seas (Percy vs Ichigo) | Versus Trailer

Last few months have been interesting in terms of Death Battles news, both from a personal and from a broader sense. First with my most wanted episode being disregarded in favor of other Percy Jackson mu's that(in my humble and subjective opinion) are not nearly as good as other mu's out there, and also due to some other internal issues regarding my previous most wanted in regards to the people behind it, it seems that Percy vs Harry, despite it being a near perfect mu, has a very slim chance of making it onto DB. Then there's Death Battle's huge change up in terms of schedule. With Rooster Teeth closing down, and the company no longer having a supporter, our beloved DB Team has had no choice but to temporary go on hiatus until they can find a replacement. It's unfortunate news, but I'd rather this than DB going under entirely with no chance of coming back.
Even still, in regards to my most wanted, as much as I like Percy vs Harry, overtime I sort of came to the conclusion that I liked Percy vs Ichigo more anyway, lol. Both from a narrative and a dynamic perspective, it has a lot more going for it I think. And since Percy vs Harry is essentially dead in the water, I wanted to make this trailer both to show my appreciation to Death Battle as a whole by making a trailer of my new most wanted, but also to raise more awareness of this mu to people who may not be aware of it. I admittedly still prefer Percy V.S. Harry, but this still sounds very interesting. And yes, what’s going on at Death Battle is a little depressing, but it least we can’t firmly call it dead yet.

I hate to break it to everyone but as much as I love Percy, Ichigo smokes him with no difficulty. Ichigo’s abilities, speed, durability and feats are so much better it’s not even close.
