Okayu proving that Mio is really that mama that makes sure everything is in order. And Okayu getting early and working in quality control. What did they make, onigiri? She also fell into the work trap. "you can't have fun at work" - "aren't you working right now?"
That's such a great outlook for what could be considered a pretty monotonous job. While I would take warehouse work over working helpdesk or customer support/service ever again, I would miss talking to coworkers. Glad she's in a much better place.
Hololive/Cover might not be perfect. No company is but people might be forgetting how beneficial the lives of many Holomems have become since joining. Yes, it is still work. But I’ll assume work that has greatly affected members in mostly positive ways. Many have stayed to continue. Some has decided to move on and choose a different path for themselves. Others had the unfortunate circumstances of making a mistake and were let go. But, for me, Hololive, seem to be a predominantly positive.
It was a factory making TSKR laughs 😌

I get her. I'd rather be online looking at silly and stupid things.
Best case scenario right here, doing what you enjoy as your primary job and not feeling like it's a job
there's no way Tama in 100 Girlfriends manga was not based on Okayu
Can confirm. Factory work is an introverts dream with how little people talk to each other

long commute for early work and onigiri for breakfast is very relatable
Okayu a factory worker huh.
She's a sweetheart.
Factory work tends to attract introverts, there aren't that many options if you struggle to deal with strangers.
True. I used to work in one and there are days when I didn't have to say a single word.
