The first time I heard this song, I was probably driving my shitty 1996 Toyota Camry, feeling electric and alive as I soared down the highway or the side streets of my midwest hometown. Loving The Flatliners came easily. Words and melodies I could scream with reckless abandon were the perfect fuel for a teenager figuring herself out. It’s been ten years since that day, since that moment of freedom, and Bury Me still plays passionately on long car rides and morning routines, but this is something entirely new and incredibly special. I got really emotional listening to this version and it's... going to be on repeat for a little while for me. Thank you. Rock the fuck on.
Oh man, I got the Dead Language album art tattooed on my right shoulder after hearing it for the first time, and this song was the first song I heard on it (second was Sew My Mouth Shut). Seeing this updated version of that album art, hearing it like this, and thinking over the last decade of my life... made me emotional lol
I went to find some more songs from the Flatliners on Spotify and was pleasantly surprised to find an acoustic version of one of my favorites just dropped
This song was played in the morning when my ex wife told me we need to split and i was holding my overwhelming amount of tears while cycling real fast to work through beautiful cherry blossoms in the spring of 2021. So much has happened since then and i’m a completely different human but every time this song plays, all the bittersweet emotions (not the actual memories but emotions) pours out like a fountain and still to this day, sometimes even tears come out. It’s my favorite Flatliners song. Does anyone also have any story attached to the song? I really want to know 🤍
That bridge is insane

Please do more ❤❤ love for this style and everything. This band is my favourite band and only band that inspire me to write songs
This is so amazing. I would love to play this on guitar, does anyone have chords, tabs or a video teaching this song?
