The bottom defining word that captures each of these individual points on what's Motivating - each/The group = *Security* They various personalities - (brain set-ups) simply have different areas that grant them their "Secure Feeling" and that equates to their Fuel for Motivation. *Notice: not "1" is Motivated by Fear.* From the perspective of early years as Marketing/Sales Rep through ultimately COO/Exec VP Sales, I can through personal experience in my professional roles and clearly make the sound statement that: I was never once motivated by a Management Attitude of fear - "threat of Demerit" Likewise, when under Management that made available effective training, placed confidence in the staff's abilities and maintain an attitude of respect - *(An employee with the confidence of knowledge, support of Management, and "Expectations of Success" will more than apply the necessary efforts to achieve the goals.)* This I know from both perspectives. The Success of any given Company is a direct result of the Management, their attitude and willingness to fulfill training/tools necessary to complete the job assignment. Security in each individual's expectations and purpose of their job role. *These are exceptionally well defined and presented training clips!*

Asking "why?" at 2:45 pretty much means you are a truth passionate person. None of the other categories of people would even bother to ask "why?" Only truth seekers ask that sort of question. Therefore, only the truth passionate person could pull this off.
What motivates me today is conditional to life's events yesterday! What motivates me tomorrow is conditional to life's events today! The Six Hidden Factors of Motivation are very idealistic! Might work well on a program or software but in the real world it blows heavy Chunks! Why? Because shit changes froom day to day!
