Just found out this is what I have been blessed with in my backyard space. Mine is maybe 25 ft. and will likely be more brilliant this fall than ever. Plus..I now have several volunteers popping up from within the Vinca which I can't wait to transplant elsewhere across the yard.
it's a medium grower after about 3 years old. should get 3ish feet per year after that point until it reaches it's max which is about 30-35 ft tall. they get as wide as they do tall i like to prune all side/downward branches in winter to keep it more upright

You can try air layering techniques, I'll be trying next spring
