when the drive to eat your favorite ramen calls for being resourceful in making it, Kotoka did pull through with patience and sheer dedication to do every g**damn measure in making the ramen noodles and the tastiest soup broth she has ever made. I'm very impressed of how she waited for the full 11 hrs to get the taste of the tonkatsu ramen that she wanted... i'm more impressed that she's now making sure she's cleaning up the mess she's making (thus, the vacuum).
If i recall, belmond and kanda actually called in during this stream. Belmond and Kanda were absolute chad MVPs, coming in to save our (gremlin) princess from her diabolical ramen concoction.
Now, that's what I call an improvised cooking. 😂 Yeah she was looking for a hammer to crush the bones, but she used an umbrella instead. Adding beer for that extra frothy taste and using a beer can as a rolling pin. Of course I couldn't forget that vacuum cleaner to pick up the excess powder. I'm amazed at koto's improvising in the kitchen. 😂
She has a soup skimmer but doesn't have a whisk... Another idea for a hammer. You can hit the flat of your chef's knife against a material as a sort of hammer with your open palm.
Despite all the times Kotoka had done some strange things in her cooking streams, I only ever gagged when I saw her taking a piece of dough and using it to sort of gather the flour on her stove...
Ah, yes. The three hallmarks of a great ramen: The noodle, the broth, and the vacuum cleaner.
Why do I read this in "the man, the myth, and legend" tone
kotoka is the very definition of "if it works, its not stupid"
The "it works part" is a bit dubious tho...i guess it's food safe at least.
WHY DID SHE CURRESS THE SURFACE OF THE BROTH WITH HER GLOVES LMFAOOO
This girl scares me.
