300g beef shaved steak
1 cucumber, about 200g - sliced 1 cm thick
50g purple onion, thinly sliced into rings
200g cherry tomatoes - halved

55 g palm sugar - must be finely ground
1 garlic clove - finely minced
4 Tablespoons and a half lime juice
2 Tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
40g vermicelli noodles - soak in warm water at 36 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, then blanch in boiling water
