in 3.0 everyone and their fuckin mothers was doing bank heists and it made no fuckin sense. I hope all the progression systems and stuff will lock bank heists out from the average snr buns worker doing it at the very least

​@kantaim4195 to be fair robbing banks was common and not a secret in 3.0. Learning the higher robberies like var and casino is impossible for a civ in 3.0 unless they had connections

So X gets told info by people he has a good relationship and shares that with the people in his circle, then gets mad that others are sharing information in the same manner? I agree it would be more interesting if things were more secretive but the lack of memory wipe means there is already existing relationships all over the city so information spreads quickly and X is part of the problem

NPC called - the hacker - it was leaked by yuno to cg and some other people and now everyone in the city knows it.. with him you can buy whole pc desk,GPU, and vpn, plus the pc inside has all kinds of apps that connect to crime, and you can even buy drones and rc cars from there or even track cops..
