Like Italy, France has a great and ancient tradition in the production of spirits and liqueurs. This country produces indigenous spirits that have spanned the centuries and are appreciated worldwide such as Cognac, Armagnac and Calvados. The watchwords that represent the rules of excellence in the transalpine version are terroir and savoir-faire, two concepts also dear to the producer featured in this video, Christian Drouin.
