- "Naisip ko, kung hindi lang din sa Lipa, I wouldn't have entered politics because Lipa is where we started."
This week, we continue our conversations with people who decided to enter or dedicate their lives to public service. Today's Journeys of Hope episode focuses on Mikee Morada's journey in deciding and joining politics. Together with Father Tito Caluag, he shared his major influences in making this decision, his journey of praying about it, and eventually becoming a councilor of Lipa City, Batangas. He also gave a glimpse of his life before becoming a politician and how the little things during his roles as a student and as a businessman shaped him as a public servant. #KapamilyaJourneysOfHope #FatherTitoCaluag

Interesting Fr. Carmelo Tito Caluag.
Enjoyed listening to you both.
Tell me, this "service" that is provided, is a "profit" extracted from those whom they passionately wish to serve?
Thanks guys
Have a wonderful life!
Amen Glory to God in the Highest level of Love forever. ❤❤❤
That's my first thought, too. It's like a parent that doesn't want their kid to do what it is they want just because they paid for their education or something. Isn't the goal to help these people from poor conditions and let them live their life however they want? Hopefully they aren't forcing anybody to stay there if they don't want to. Good reason would be to stay close to family.
