Ela tem a versão diminuta da espada viva do Donovan. Ela era só um extra, como mais tarde foi o Norimaro. Só que no caso dela, ela quase não tem frames pra nada além de correr, saltar e apontar o dedo (coisas da Anita normal), portanto não se preocuparam muito em expandir a personagem além do que já fizeram.

I came to the comments to try to procure that information myself. I've been playing this game for decades and never knew Anita was in it. BTW, the answer is press MP, LP, Left, LK, MK at the character select screen. I could be wrong but I have a feeling Anita wasn't available in all versions of this game.
I always want to see more of the infinity gems for this game. Take the final fight. This is a TAS. She could have taken all 6 gems. It's still as entertaining as every other video, but this is just my opinion.

Foi criada pra ser zoada assim pra fins de entretenimento e pra testes de mecânica de jogabilidade (sistema de hitpoints/hitboxes, chain combos etc) pros desenvolvedores saberem se está tudo funcionando e fazerem os ajustes necessários. Normalmente são apagados do código depois do jogo ser finalizado, mas parece que a Capcom resolveu deixá-la ali. E é por isso que ela não aparece em mais nenhum outro jogo.
