- We sailed onboard Sky Princess during September 2023 around Northern France and Spain for 7-nights.
Sky Princess was launched in 2019, is the fourth and one of six royal class ships.
During our cruise we stayed in one of the two Sky Suites which is highest grade of suite cabins in the Princess fleet.

That is quite honestly the most amazing balcony we have ever seen! 😮 The suite is pretty fabulous too.
Many people would be happy with that as their apartment/home.

How soundproofed is the cabin. Being right on top of the pool deck would be rather noisy. The cabin and balcony are amazing otherwise.
To be honest we barely heard any noise in the cabin itself and the sailing was very full ☺️
I would NEVER have that cabin. The main pool is the worst part of cruising to me. If my balcony faced the main pool I would walk off the ship.
We always say it’s down to personal preference ☺️ We spent a lot of time in the cabin and didn’t notice any noise even during the day.
